I think he means the dev beta release.
Though why would he think the first dev beta of 13.2 is going to be less buggy than the public general release of 13.1?
So with 13.1 dropping today, will it be a new version or the latest beta what us testers are on?

its a good question, we prob wont know until it hits at 1PM EST....might be the same build but who knows yet
It’s been a week, I’m more inclined to think it will be an updated version.
According to 9to5, 13.1 is out... maybe we will get 13.2 today at 1pm..

I officially predict we will get a new build today not the beta build.
I think they may mean 13.2 beta 1, but I think we have to wait a day or to for that.
If it was then we wouldn’t get 3.69gb file to install no?
