Only if you want to opt out of the beta testing. If you want to stay in the beta channel, you keep it. It's the same build. There is no need to go with the production release if you get the next beta probably tomorrow.

Yes. Remove the beta profile and the update should appear. If it doesn't reboot then it should show.

I believe they will jump to 13.2 (deep fusion, emojis, etc) while reserving 13.1.1 for more quick minor/critical fixes

That’s how it’s worked in the past isn’t it? I can’t recall there being an x.x.1 beta cycle before.

iOS 12 had 12.1.1 with 3 betas, 12.1.3 with 4 betas
