I am unable to understand. When 13.1 has already been released, what is the applicability of 12.4.2?

So that’s 8 days and 3 different iOS versions. No wonder we don’t have a new beta. I saw a app developer who said that his web analytics showed people using 13.1, 13.1.1, 13.2 and 13.2.1. Lots to come it would seem.

How can anyone use 13.2 when Apple has not released it for developers.
