Pretty sure Fall has not ended. It did in fact just begin one week ago.
login to your developers account, go the downloads and choose the profile you wish to install.
This are the only profile I have now, I used to have profile for iPhone and iPad. Did they moved somewhere else?

Or worse. Any time a .X beta comes out and introduces new features there's inevitably a list of complaints about things that are broken.

hopefully iOS 13.2 beta 1 comes out. But... with the amount of issues with 13.1.x Apple probably put iOS 13.2 on hold.
