„Really big“ means:

Those couple hundred little features android has. Ios is the best looking mobile operating system but android is waaaaaaaaaay ahead of features. Not even big features, very little things.

A couple of months ago I made a list of features I would like to see in ios 13 and added every little bit that came in mind over the weeks. I ended up with ~200 entries in that list, too bad I deleted it.

I have a big one to add on that list: give apps access to hardware. I have to carry an old Nexus5 to be able to do WiFi surveys.

I’ve been using split window on the XS Max and it’s so awesome and useful. I want this feature more than I want dark mode.

I would take this even just for video. In portrait a video would only take up like 1/4 of the display. It would be great to be able to flick it to the top or bottom, or off to the side temporarily. These display ratios are so tall and aren't being put to use. The iPhone has plenty of RAM to handle this.

Please give us scrollable grab handles. I always accidentally tap the top of the screen in the Photos app and I hate scrolling all the way back down.

What do you mean? Just tapping the currently active menu at the bottom (the blue one) will scroll back down instantly.

Oh, well that might work in photos but not other apps that have tons of scrolling. I’d like a quicker way to scroll through regardless.

I agree with you there, scollable handles like the one found in the Google Photos app for example, are extremely convenient. However, outside of Photos and Safari I don't do that much scrolling. And in Safari very few websites have infinite scrolling.

hey guys i was wondering if the iPad mini 4, iPod touch 6th gen, ipad 6th gen iphone 8, and iphone x will get ios 13. Let me know. I would appreciate it. Please write back. Thanks.

No one except Apple knows which devices will be supported until WWDC in June. However, I am guessing that devices running the A8 and newer will get it. A7 is a bit more uncertain.

Your devices run:
iPad Mini 4: A8
iPod Touch 6th gen: A8
iPad 6th gen: A10
iPhone 8: A11
iPhone X: A11

So short answer: yes, they will probably all run iOS 13.

A lot of the revised home screen talk has disappeared since the Bloomberg report, anyone think this feature may not see light this June?

Nah, I think we'll see it. Most pronouncedly on the iPad. Apple's got to keep some secrets, right?

Most of the new reports/rumors I've read allude to it being iPad only... So we shall see.

Wonder if we’ll get dark mode in the first beta itself and not two to three betas down the road.

All in all, looking forward to IOS13.

We may get it right away but it’ll probably be disappointing at first until app developers implement the changes needed to make it work in apps.

Yeah probably a bit disappointing at first. However, all default apps will be dark from the get-go.

And that would be more than enough. I often switch on the normal mode on my mac, just to see how nice the dark mode is on the eyes. It wouldnt only look badass, its way better for the eyes.

Just a dark mode, some animation changes, some app redesigns here and there and I‘m good for another year.

Hopefully they are already starting to implement a dark mode. I know several of my high use apps already say they are working on it. Will be interesting

Has anyone here know if ios 13 will get redesigned because we have had a change since iOS 7. Please write back. I would appreciate it. Thanks.
