I think Dan does a good job of speculating and it just happens to be he is off by a day. At least he consistent with his guesses, that's what makes me want to come to this forum everyday to check. Others are using the cat or fish but I think Dan is closer. Keep speculating Dan!

For those wondering about what's next, my friends with web trackers say that they are seeing 13.2.1 builds in their tracking. So it would appear that it will be before a full 13.3 build. 13.2 (for better or worse) looks to be about done, with a release in the next few days.

I think a note about the pace of iOS 13 is in order. We have never seen this pace before. Over the last month we saw 5 publicly released builds in less than 30 days. Some say this a good thing. I don't think so. It reflects what Apple thinks about the quality of this release. Not good. I am afraid that we will not see iOS 13 ever return to the quality of iOS 12. It seems destined to me to repeat iOS 11. OK, but not really up to Apple's standards-or ours.
Remember even iOS 12 is all the way up to 12.4.2.
i dont even know why you guys show him any attention or consult him.He just guesses like everyone else. He doesnt have a source or anything.
Cause we like him and his guesses/speculations are just as entertaining as anyone else's are.

Just updated from 13.1.3 and beta 4 is great. All my issues are resolved and now my 11pro is so stable and smooth.

True, but the pace was much, much slower - months slower.

Did you have problems with the native Mail app?

Interesting read, from a former Apple engineer.
