They‘ll for sure rush something out now to fix that unicode crash phrase.

The Cook interview makes it seem like they aim for 13.4.5 by tuesday (for the tracing API). I think they‘ll simply release a 13.4.2 to fix the crash and give a new beta build of 13.4.5 with the tracing API to health authorities only.
Doesn‘t make sense to me to rush this out when the health authorities dev teams need time to adopt the API anyways (so a beta build for them is enough & you get more time to polish the release for the general public).

There will surely be an update as tomorrow is the announced deadline for the implementation of the tracing API made by Apple/Google
That could very well just be a beta for the app developers (and not released to the general public or beta testers).

As a developer, I think those api are maybe retro-compatible. I think they open some low-levels apis. Just a build with a new sdk, and the app should work with an older iOS. I hope so, because a lot of user will never be able to download a stopcovid-like app.
Or maybe it will be in iOS 13.4.5.

The APIs wont be for any of us minion developers though. They‘re locked away, only available to verified organizations. Chances are they‘re already in the current beta in some form.

Tomorrow is 2 weeks so maybe they are sticking at a 2 week cycle so we might not get anything today
