I expected beta 5 today, I doubt iOS 13 beta 3 is coming, I think the twitter user got mixed up with iOS 12 update
 
Does anyone know if IOS 13 betas will support the new card, or will have to downgrade if we want it
 
It would be a mistake releasing beta 2 to the public.. Calls go directly to voicemail with beta 2.

Catalina public beta is out, would not be shocked iOS today or tomorrow

I would be really shocked if Beta 2 is public though. In terms of iOS it's still very buggy in some areas like mail and general stability is off sometimes. Much more than a public beta should be.

Publishing iOS PB is out/coming once the dev site is back.

That would be shocking if its beta 2 build as is generally not super stable and things like Mail are borked no even doing basics like syncing mail folders. And why wait a week after beta 2 if 3 is coming in a week or so?

That would be surprising of Apple to do and release as a PB. Usually they get to a relatively stable point before doing that. Beta 2 isnt stable from testing betas for many many years now and usually not having major issues with them
 
As we have no updates in the developer portal it seems like public beta is the same as developer beta 2.
 
Odd that they would release the PB before the new DB? have they ever done that before? Or is this new PB just the same build as Dev Beta 2 perhaps.

Usually the Dev a few min/hour before the PB. So I dont see it here.

Im super surprised that Beta 2 is the PB and they didnt wait a week or so until Beta 3 like many years. Usually PB are beta 3 unless 2 is very stable like say iOS12 was with few overall changes.

I usually have no major issues on betas going back yer (maybe iOS10 beta 1 the exception) but even Beta 2 has some major system usability bugs still.
