I guess you never know what Apple is doing.... But imo it wouldn't make sense, if they were going to do it, yesterday was the day to do so and release PB with the DB3 build....But then again there could be something in the DB3 build that they want to test for a week before releasing to the public... who knows. yesterday's release kind of threw me off to be honest.

I guess you could make a case for spreading over two days so servers are not hammered as bad. I don’t know but I will be checking at the magic hour

i guess because there are two beta's out (12.4 and 13) that they didnt want to overwhelm the servers. We could still see something today. If not- we prob wont see anything until the week after the 4th. Highly doubt they would release something when a lot of their staff is in vacation.

Wouldn’t it be odd to release a public beta and then immediately release an update to it? Unless we’re starting a cycle of dev release, test for a week, public release.

It would make sense for Devs to test it and feed back prior to releasing a public version.

They obviously felt comfortable enough with DB2 to release to the public for a week's worth of feedback before releasing DB3/PB2 next Monday/Tuesday.

I would think they’ll release DB3 either today or this Thursday. Cause next week is a short week for Apple cause of 4th of July. Otherwise they would have released first public beta next week.

I'm voting for today, tomorrow or, at latest, Thursday. Nothing Apple does any more is really that predictable based on past releases. There are just as many good arguments for next week as there are for today.

Oh oh. Your sounding like @dan9700 here! :D

But your probably right on one of those days, since July 4th is next week.

My guess is today. :)

I'm hoping for today as well since Mail is still a bit buggy for me... But I don't know it would just seem so weird to me after releasing PB yesterday.

I'm hoping for today too. CarPlay and Apple Maps Navigation for me is bugged. It quits to the home screen after a few minutes, and I need to unplug and re plug to get it back. A few minutes later, it happened again. Over and over. Tried hard reset, it fixes it for a little longer, but keeps coming back. Sent in a report, Apple requested more info from me. I HOPE it's fixed in Beta 3. Didn't have this issue in 1.
