It's likely delayed due to that Face ID bug that was found. Apple is probably wanting to work on a fix for that before next beta release...

It's not exactly a bug or something that's all that exploitable, but even if that's something they would want to do something about and have that in the initial iOS 13 release they can work on it without affecting the latest beta since internally they are further ahead than the beta that would be getting released.

It's a major flaw, I believe they'd like to have that fixed before releasing or doing anything else.
I hope they fix Mail this release. It's driving me nuts and I didn't like Outlook as much.
Perhaps I overlooked something, but given everything that's involved in making that work it seems that "bypassing" Touch ID by simply using the finger of someone that is sleeping or unconscious is far simpler and has been around for far longer without being seen as a "major flaw".It's a major flaw, I believe they'd like to have that fixed before releasing or doing anything else.
Today is the day see you in just over 5 hours
I hope they fix Mail this release. It's driving me nuts and I didn't like Outlook as much.
Yes, please fix it. I have to close it almost every hour.
I would agree. This is the main reason why I haven’t gone back to the beta.

Today no beta. Next week.
Watch everything come but iOS.my guess is ; iOS 13 Beta 7 and macOS 10.15 Beta 6 today
and WatchOS 6 beta 7 and TvOS 13 beta 7 tomorrow.
Yup, done this multiple times. It fixes the issue for a little while and then after some new emails arrive, the issue comes back. After reading someone else's suggestion, I removed the Mail app and then downloaded it again. That fixed all my problems with the Mail app. Might want to give that a try
So I just deleted the Mail app, however now all my emails say no sender. Is there anyway to fix this?I guess I got lucky but after beta 4 was released and I was still having Mail issues I deleted the app, rebooted my phone, re-installed the app, re-added all of my email accounts.... And I haven't had a single issue since.
You can’t install the newest watchOS beta without installing the newest iOS beta firstWatch everything come but iOS.
I had this too. The only thing that fixed it was to delete the mail account and re-add it. Happened to me on beta 5 & 6.So I just deleted the Mail app, however now all my emails say no sender. Is there anyway to fix this?
Good point. You can’t install the newest watchOS beta without installing the newest iOS beta first
