We had several new wallpapers in iOS 13. I think the next new ones will be for the new iPhones, as usual.

I will be very surprised if we don't see it today.

But I've been very surprised before.

Each one of these "beta seasons" takes on a life of its own. iOS 11 was a grind. iOS 12 was easy-peasy. iOS 13 seems to be "if it doesn't work, it gets the hook". We'll see how this plays out with some of the now-removed features, but it seems clear that Apple does not want an iOS 11 redux. A bit disappointing though, since they seemingly had all this "extra" time to get it right. But that assumes they weren't busy polishing the very stable iOS 12.

Right, except dark mode is sort of iOS 13’s main selling point (thus those very well could be the only new all-device wallpapers of which to speak).
