After a couple of hours the problem came back, so I tried your solution. It’s slowly coming back unfortunately, it’s weird that some small changes are affecting that.Good to know, strange that that affects it. Mine is running fine now after I turned on Raise to Wake (usually have it off). If the issue comes back, I'll try your solution.
Any workaround the News app crashing?
Are the iPhone 11 and Xr included in the public beta?
I have updated and now regret it. very buggy and sluggishYeah, I'm on the fence as to whether or not to update. However, 14.0 has been horrible on my battery life so there's that.
Try a Reset All Settings if you don’t mind redoing your settings.I have updated and now regret it. very buggy and sluggish
It's there on my 11 Pro and is working with Big Sur.Does anyone's iPhone lost the Handoff feature? Mine is grayed out and therefore I cannot turn it on.
Well, thanks for confirming. In looking further, I found my corporate MDM profile disabling the feature. It's there on my 11 Pro and is working with Big Sur.
That sucks. It's such a useful feature.Well, thanks for confirming. In looking further, I found my corporate MDM profile disabling the feature.
Thanks again.
I may have spoke too soon. About an hour of active usage today and dropped over 30%![]()
Anything specific?
I just tested the Personal Hotspot on my 11PM and it appears to be working.
Maybe I'm just getting old … but I could have sworn I had it in the general WiFi-settings on the iOS 14 Betas.
Sorry for the confusion. And thanks for the reply!
As of previous first beta launches after a major release and new hardware features, this beta has disabled blood oxygen sensor by removing certain functions from both the watchOS (documented on release notes) and from iOS (not documented on release notes). If you have not yet deployed watchOS 7.1 beta on your watch, you can restore iOS 14 on your phone to regain access to this feature; otherwise, welcome to the club, and take a seat while we wait for the next watchOS 7.1 beta and iOS 14.2 beta that will restores the blood oxygen sensor capabilities.I have three people that even if my watch is on 7.0 my watchapp on iPhone doesn’t show als the new watch faces and because I bought the watch after 14.2, I can’t activate the blood oxygen measures initially because the entrees isn’t there.... and the watch tells me to activate the feature on iPhone 🤷🏻♂️
Posting with 14.0.
Did anybody else have a problem where the condition icons in the widget for following days shows night time icons instead of day time? If so, is it fixed in 14.2?

so I didn't have any major issues through out the beta period for iOS 14 but with 14.2 my 2020 iPad Pro will not charge when plugged in. it usually takes several minutes to start charging. even with other cables, chargers, and cleaning out the USB C port. the only thing that I have traced it to is the beta. anyone else had this issue with their devices?
