Bummer this is the final, this is slower for sure lol
Feels great on my Mini. I haven't noticed any difference in speed between RC1 and RC2.

Off topic, what's lol? Just curious as I know in text speak it stands for "laugh(ing) out loud" but this doesn't really seem like a funny situation, especially with you expressing dissatisfaction in the release.

I just force quit the Fitness app on my 12 Pro and re-opened it. Fitness+ just appeared upon relaunching the Fitness app.
Just tried that here and I'm not seeing anything Fitness+ related. Is it a new tab?

Type applefeedback:// on Safari and it will take you to it.
Feedback app is present in all releases of iOS, only it is hidden in public releases and visible in betas

The main difference between GM and RC is that the GMs had beta build numbers, and RCs have not. That why the feedback app is hidden with a RC and not with a GM.

It has been a while since I installed a beta over the air with the profile (I do it with the ipsw now) but if I remember correctly, even with the beta profile, on a version which has a public build number (such as the RC), the feedback app is hidden.

I posted the Feedback link in a prior post - good to see it. 👍

I have RC2 installed on my 11 ProMax, 12 ProMax, and iPad Pro 11 (2020).
The Feedback App is on the iPad but not the iPhones.

Maybe app retention is device specific? Don't know.

Typo, didn’t mean to include the “lol”

Going to probably try a hard reset and re-install. On my 8, Beta 3 was amazing for me; RC1 and RC2 feel slow in comparison. Animations are slower and touch input is registered slower for me. The keyboard lag has at least been gone and I have been getting iMessage notifications.

I did miss other app notifications (such as OfferUp) but that was on day 1 (Friday) so it might have sorted itself out...

EDIT: And just noticed missed texts from my wife so nvm.

Hi guys. I need advice please.

After I installed the 14.3 CS update last week, I lost another 3gb of space, which is more than I usually lose.

I now only have 1.5gb free and so can't install today's update.

I've off loaded loads of apps and deleted lots of photos but really am struggling to free up space. Is there an easier way of installing updates which would save me from.deleting anything?

Strange. Not seeing that on mine. Not that it really matters; I have no intention of giving Apple any more of my money.

If you have a computer available you should be fine updating through iTunes. (Banglazed ninja'd me)

Ugh for some reason my 11 Pro will not update through itunes and throws the 4000 error. I've had this problem since 14.1.

You need the latest iTunes. For Windows, it is version 12.11.0.26. Do not use the Microsoft Store version.

my battery health has dropped from 96 to 91 after the update. Has anyone else noticed something similar?

This is new. Any idea what to do with this? Do I restart and see what happens, or do I remove and add again? For the record, I did not change anything between RC2 and release version. I just updated the RC2 version with the release version IPSW.

EDIT: Removed and added it again for it to work properly.

I tried this without any luck. I uninstalled the MS store version, installed the apple version and rebooted. No go.

I've had this since the first iOS 14. Needed to disable my passcode, and it updates fine.
Yeah i heard this works. The way i bypassed it was to hold shift and click update, locate the update file and it updates normally.
