Been doing some off and on testing with Messages over the last day plus.
It does not appear I am missing any new messages but will say on the 11 and 12 ProMax, Notifications is a mess.
Badges may / may not show, sound infrequently plays (even tried changing ringtones) for any ringtone that is not the “standard ringtone” set. Lockscreen Notifications do not always show up.

IPP 11, the biggest issue is the badge count may not trigger for new Messages. When I open Messages, it acts as if the text was already read.

Have reported via Feedback.

Still the same 2 issues for me on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad Pro 11

1. SMS messages still not syncing from iPhone to iPad. SMS messages read on iPhone still show as unread on iPad. They sync correctly from iPad to iPhone but not vice versa and iMessages sync correctly both ways.

2. Long music titles still not scrolling the way they used to on lock screen and control center music players. Long song titles are truncated with ... at the end instead of scrolling to show the complete title. Very inconvenient and looks tacky, a step backwards for the music player. I’m beginning to think this may be by design now and not a bug. 😡

I agree

It's likely there, but hidden (is on mine) - do the pulldown search on the Home Screen and you should be able to find it.

I have the beta profile, but don't have an icon for feedback unless I search (RC2).

Sadly no.
Have it on my IPP 11, but this is all I get when I do a search on either the 11 ProMax or 12 ProMax:

Thanks for posting these; I'm not on Pinterest. They look great on my Lock Screen. Wish there were corresponding versions without the apple for Home Screen backgrounds... (And apologies if this isn't the thread of a wallpaper tangent!)

Have to take a look later. You are right, they would look good.

Now back to our regular thread 😋

Type applefeedback:// on Safari and it will take you to it.
Feedback app is present in all releases of iOS, only it is hidden in public releases and visible in betas

The main difference between GM and RC is that the GMs had beta build numbers, and RCs have not. That why the feedback app is hidden with a RC and not with a GM.

It has been a while since I installed a beta over the air with the profile (I do it with the ipsw now) but if I remember correctly, even with the beta profile, on a version which has a public build number (such as the RC), the feedback app is hidden.

GM isn't a thing for Apple anymore, they have stated they have moved away from that to using RC instead.

Also, with RC we've had the feedback app, but it seems with RC2, some people have the feedback app go missing.

GM builds of past had release build numbers not beta numbers. They were in fact the released firmware 99.9% of the time.
