This happened to me once on beta 3. I left the phone on the wireless charger overnight and when I woke up, I saw it was stuck at 80% (For hours on end, it wasn't optimized wireless charging.Noticed this little gem. Phone shows charging but my phone isn’t charging
This is just Apple style: nuke everything and start anew if there is any software issue.People always mention this like it’s an easy troubleshooting decision. Do you guys realize that you will lose all your Wi-Fi passwords? Do you know how annoying it is to have to put in all of those passwords again wherever you go?

Just downgrade to iOS 14.4 oficial, from iOS 14.5 beta, cause of the camera bug but It still present for me on 14.4 on my iPhone 12 pro max ..... Hope they fix it soon... It's make the quality very worse 🤦🏻♂️Sadly this beta has borked low light. Was better under beta 2. Watercolor.

But to be honest, a hard reboot has been a solution to many of my and my friends' and family's software issues. Most of them have never even heard of a hard reboot.Genius Bar's two favorite words;. Reboot. Reset.
I’ve got to say: I’m not sure what you are referring to. I see much detail in your photos, none of which appears washed out or watercolor as you put it. I’m not sure this is a fair test of “low light photography” as you have full daylight in (small but noticeable) portions of your photo. There are limits to the ability of any camera to resolve that great a dynamic range.

Of course, it won't solve every issue out there, but it has a pretty good track record with me. 👍

Agreed, but it can come across as an insult when delivered to someone with 50 years in IT. And can suggest that the “guru” really hasn’t got a clue about the technology they are supporting. That is standard troubleshooting. I’ve used and relayed that philosophy for more than 20 years:
When in doubt, reboot!
Easily solved a multitude of tech issues over the years for all kinds of electronic devices from computers and phones to audio amps and air conditioning units.
I have older photos that are crisp and clean. Starting with beta 3, the same style of lower light photos look smeared. Just zoom in a bit an look at the bamboo. That should be a good bit sharper, or it used to be. The blinds are speckled, not splotched.
Let’s just say that that it has degraded from what I am used too and have come to expect from a 12PM
I’m not doubting what you are saying, but it might be useful for all here for you to zoom in on an affected area in both the new and old photos and post them showing the differences.
Trying to find older lower light shots that are of comparable that I kept …. ughI’m not doubting what you are saying, but it might be useful for all here for you to zoom in on an affected area in both the new and old photos and post them showing the differences.
