Gotta new one - 12 ProMax
Received a call and the nifty little box pops up to let me know and allow me to answer my call.
Problem is the box has name and pic. No other buttons. Switched to full screen and that allowed me to answer the call.
After the call I rebooted the phone - playing it safe. Rebooting seems to fix a lot of issues.
Call a bit later. Same issue. This time I screenshot it. I was in Messages both times when this occured.
Reported via feedback.

Originally I started using Halide a couple of iPhones ago as stock iOS did not support RAW. https://halide.cam/

Decent question but you are missing the point: something changed with post picture processing for the Camera app resulting is an inferior, IMO, output. Using Halide to demonstrate the degrade in picture quality.
I think what you need to post are stock camera photos from before the "change" point and after. Otherwise, you are just showing differences between 2 camera apps running on the same iOS version. Doesn't prove anything

Just had a few apps update in the App Store app, but the actual app icons on the Home Screen didn’t show the “updating animation.”

This sorta thing:

Because both apps that appear to have this issue (FB and LinkedIn) are marked as "Waiting". So the update hasn't started yet. Animation starts when they start downloading.

While that would be optimal, I do not have a photo from beta 1-3 that can be used in this fashion.
I take a lot of photos, primarily RAW, primarily Halide and ProCamera, and cull or dispose of those I find lacking. It is also why I have had Halide for a while now. Now ProRAW is an interesting bit ...

That there are some of us who share this issue should suffice for now.

In the event I am able to find a shot that would fall into this category from beta 3 or earlier I will be sure to post it.

That’s not my photo - just something I found online to illustrate the animation that I was referring to.

Mail has been super charged for me on B6 iPhone 12. Got GMAIL and an EXCHANGE account running… from opening the app count 1, and it’s updated. 3-4 on 14.4.2. They’ve finally tweaked something. and the notification but when you go to the all inboxes no email is there but registers on the individual inbox, finally doesn’t happen anymore. can’t wait to see how backward Mail goes though in ios15. probably won’t even send an email.

New mail coming through was super slow on beta 5, coming through at lightning speed this beta.

12PM and AW4
The AW is not on beta. It is a Nike GPS version.

Not sure what happened however I am finally getting, it appears, all the correct notifications on my watch.
Kind of nice to see for a change.

I’m not seeing the landscape Apple logo at startup on iPadOS - using a 10.5” iPad Pro with Smart Keyboard.

Battery life still garbage, already lost 2% battery with 40 minutes usage, use to lose 1% with 45 minutes usage.

At the 50% mark it goes to 40% in 30 minutes, FFS apple get your **** together 😡

Exact same pattern as beta 5. 🤷‍♂️

Nope, not seeing any drops like that. Maybe check you haven’t got a rogue app draining the battery, Facebook is always a good suspect...

Don’t have Facebook and background app refresh is off. 🤷‍♂️ As other users have been reporting battery life is definitely down on these betas.

Something definitely working overtime during these betas that’s draining battery life, back of the phone under the camera is a tad warm. 🤔👀📱

Anyone else getting WiFi drops? (iPhone 12) this could also explain my other post on phone unlock with watch. Ether the WiFi signal is full, but no connection, or the WiFi properly disconnects and reboots.
Router is top notch, it isn’t that. And everything has had a restart anyway.

As Apple are just going to release beta after beta until god know when is it best to just update to Public beta 6 if you only want 14.5 for face mask update ?

Well well well, optimizing charging kicked off for me at night time. I haven’t seen this in like 2 years lol 😂

I think I seen it once before in my entire life and just now ha!

Not 100% sure if this is new, but in Beta 5 when enabling a personal hotspot on my iPhone, my father-in-law did not have to enter the password. He tried to connect to my network, which made my iPhone ask me if I wanted to share the password with him - exactly like when sharing other WiFi-passwords.
