You also have an issue with youtube and bands. When talking to the teams, the hour bar may disappear and YouTube has terribly sloppy animations and / iPhone 8 transitions

1) when I copy an email address into the To: field in Mail- its pastes as "mailto:name@name.com". When I manually highlight and delete the "mailto" bit- the entire email address gets deleted.

Shortcuts no longer run on HomePod

Is anyone else experiencing this? Shortcuts worked on HomePod on beta 1-7 but not beta 8

I haven’t seen this anyone mention this before but the settings app is never stored in the memory for extended periods. The app relaunches every time I go into settings, even if it’s open in the background. This has been the case since the beginning of iOS 14. The feedback app also show similar reports to ‘more than 10’.

I wonder if they will fix the stutter/static in airpods when unlocking the phone with the watch, or it will carry over to 14.5 public. Been around for the last 4 betas at least.

Here’s the screen recording I was trying to post earlier. This comes on in the Music app on my iPhone, completely clearing whatever Playlist or Album in Up Next I had prior to connecting to my Car. It happens EVERY single time I connect my iPhone to my Car, and it’s always either this song or a Hall & Oates song. It’s like there’s a separate playlist for the car that I just don’t have the ability to control. And that I don’t want. I’ve filed multiple Feedback with Apple. So frustrating.

Thanks. I do remember this happening a while ago, too. And I remember at the time being told by Apple support to contact Chevy about it. And I would if there was a way to. I’ve tried letting the folks in the Service Center know when I’ve gone to get my Oil Change or whatever, and they stop as soon as I say I’m on a beta release. Not sure why Apple thinks little ol me is the best person to contact Chevy. Hopefully this all gets resolved in the official release.

Anyone else having issues with missing entries in outlook for iPhone? Since updating to beta 8 I am. May be coincidence but this entire week of calendar entries is missing. Tried to restart my account and remove and add it back.

The latter worked for about an hour and now all events are missing again.

Most are annoying and should have been fixed long ago.
Call Blockers, VPN, Connectivity, Syncing between iDevices are ones that IMO should be fixed.
iMessages, Mail, Air Pod switching, Camera, and others aren't critical but .....
