iOS 14.7 Beta 1 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

Finding this beta to be much faster than 14.9rc. Apps seem to open quicker and everything feels smoother. 11pro.

I think the same about 14.7 on my iPhone Xs.

Stuff it, installing now, going from 14.6 beta 3 to 14.7 is only 300mb, nice.

can’t see what this green tint thing is to be honest buddy.

turning colour filters on/off in accessibility do anything? I’ve got it on and set up so you can see how yellow the screen is when off. I like a cooler screen. Slightly more cyan. Not sure if that comes across in these…

Is 14.7 the first place where the audio settings for AAC are present for Cellular Streaming in Settings--> Music? Also noticed for Kanye West - Yeezus that "Apple Digital Master" is present.

I don’t believe it affects all newer phones. I got a 12 pro a couple of months back with 14.3 initially installed, have never seen any of the green tint issues personally. Even when trying to reproduce it.

I believe it has to do with a batch of displays, or something. Looks like screens from both manufacturers have this issue but seem to random which phone has it and which one doesn’t. Not really sure what the determining factor is other than just a possible flaw somewhere.

Had hear about this but had not seen it till now.
I am getting in a number of apps where I have to tap 2x or 3x to get it to run.
Did a hard reboot and no joy.
Hope it clears up as it is annoying.

Haven't seen this issue on the 12PM yet. 🤞

They actively said it's fixed in iOS 14.5.

If you're seeing this still, I think you really need to swap it out at Apple.

If you're a day 1 iPhone 12 user, you're experiencing green tint for 7 months already.

Videos and photos don't do it justice, if anything they blow out the whites and make it look worse, this screen is better than my oled tv, not seeing any blooming at all 👌
