Not a 14.7-only issue (has been happening past few versions) , but when requesting money using Apple Pay, the send button does not work. You have to kill messages and reopen and then it’ll work. Anyone else?
Successfully requested $$ thru messages on both 14.6 and 14.7 with no issues here.

in the back of the store cupboard where your new screen is.
Apple have said it’s a software issue, can’t be bothered getting another device replaced, already had to replace my mini led iPad, I’ll wait a little longer and hope they release a update for this rubbish.

The person who made my previous iPad must of been a 6502a qualified technician 😂

Just to follow up on my issues with tvOS 14.7, I ended up resetting and it cleared all the crap out behind the scenes causing those crashes. Been rock solid since. My Apple TV was long overdue for a reset anyway.

Good lesson not to assume it's the software, but I hope the logs get looked at to fix whatever caused it.

On my iPP 11‘, the swipe has stoped working twice now. So you are stuck in the last app you were working on. Have to reboot to get it to work again. This is with the MKB, but the screen does the same thing, it’s unresponsive to gestures.

Is this a joke… that’s 3% health I’ve lost on iOS 14.6 - current betas. WTF man!
It may be a visual bug but I saw ppl on here mentioning the same thing with the iOS 14.5 beta builds. One things for sure though, the beta builds impose enhanced logging, which consumes more battery and processing power. I am sure it’s marginal but could have a negative impact. I don’t think apple stating, “don’t use on daily device” is said in vein.

IPP 11 2020
Been doing some intensive stuff with Safari - Google Advance Search and Lightroom.
After using each for 30-60 minutes the app slows down. Actually all apps slow down.
A reboot fixes the issue till it happens again.

Did not see this under 14.6.bx

Is it okay to try this Beta? I have iPhone 12 14.6 and hesitant at the same time want to try 14.7. Please for those already on 14.7 help me decide. Thank you.

It’s always ok to try provided you have created an encrypted backup and know how to revert to the current version if it’s not to your liking. But I agree with Pear…there are no features here really with the aggravation for you if you are hesitant.

Beta always has that out of whack. It’s not reliable until you roll onto a public release and allow a few days for it to sort itself out, from my experience

But will it affect my battery, like enhanced logging or something? BTW, thank you for your reply.

You might see a slight decrease in battery more than usual, but that’s beta for you. Will be back to normal once you then move onto an RC though.

14.7 Beta 2 coming out tomorrow, beta man? 🤔

If we’re getting it this week, then today or tomorrow. I reckon we will. Tho I’m off the beta train until 15.0 b1, when I will spend a few hours after the keynote claiming I won’t hop back in, but will cave on my iPad until I’m confident that my iPhone won’t have any issues for day to day 😂
