I seem to have lost the Magnifying Glass option in Control Center. I don’t see it listed as currently installed or the option to install.

Thrre on my iPhone 11 Pro... just a bit cumbersome:
In Photos, go to an All Photos view, then select the three dots (...), then select Aspect (or Box, if you’ve already changed this)
That worked. Thanks for help. IOS 14 has been an overall breeze (even with little things like this) compared to iOS 13 beta.Go to Settings > Accessibility > Magnifier. Turn it off. Leave settings. Then go back into settings and turn it on. Should show up as a CC option and with a new home screen icon.

Sorry, I am not talking about the photos app... the camera app ... should be an option for an Instagram square photo.
Ah... sorry.
So you mean this option?

I never use this, personally, but it appears to still be there - perhaps less accessible than before.
I do not like the lack of a full screen contact photo with incoming calls on a locked iPhone. Literally one of my favorite iPhone features of all time.
I like the small banner when unlocked, and I get the consistency they're going for (assuming it's not a temporary "bug"), but an option for a full-sized contact photo would be MUCH appreciated by me, and I'm sure others.

Interesting. It used to kind of depend on how that photo was originally set up to be associated with the contact, not sure if that might still be the case with iOS 14.Correct.
Roll on Beta 2 so I can play Pokemon Go![]()

Right, I understood that. Have you tried playing around with one of those contacts to perhaps re-set the photo to see if that might make some difference (again, mostly going by how things used to work before where setting the photos in a different manner would result in different outcomes as to how it was treated for calls).Yes, I'm aware.
On iOS 13.x and prior, I had some contacts show up as full screen and others not.
On iOS 14 DB1, all contacts show up with small contact photos when locked or unlocked.

Ultimately, if something like that doesn't make a difference, it could be a beta issue (as in a bug), or could be a design change in iOS 14.
No dice until they update. I had to dig out an old iPhone 6 just to play.Yes please, I’m going crazy here 😂

Haha — I’ve been walking around seeking Foundables with my 12.9” iPad Pro, and feeling very silly about it.No dice until they update. I had to dig out an old iPhone 6 just to play.
Could be a design choice, could be the infamous bug that low-res scales contact photos. I think it was tied to certain apps with contact write permissions messing with your contact photo resolution.Sorry. I thought you were thinking I was one of the people who wasn't aware of that.
I can give it a shot playing around with the photo, but I'm personally of the mind that it's a design choice to make things appear more consistent. My hope is that Apple will reconsider it though.
Are the Comply an improvement?Ear tip fit test now features a different catchy "tune". Same bad result, however, even with my Comply Foam tips.
Are the Comply an improvement?
I've used the Comply foam tips on my bluetooth headphones for years now and they are the only ones that stop earbud type earphones falling out of my ear the moment i start moving. They stay in better, but still do not pass the ear fit test. But I am pleased with them overall.
