anyone noticed that the haptic feedback now has a clicky noise when the iphone is not in silence mode? Kinda like it. Now Haptic feedback on the keyboard would be one of my last wishes.

Can someone else check if they can select and pick images for deletion in a messages conversation? There is the „select“ button in the top right corner but I can’t actually tap and select the images. Like the „tap“ on the photos is not being recognized.

Just installed iOS 14 about 20 minutes ago.. Initial thoughts. Not buggy at all! You can def use this as a daily driver.
Hiding Pages of apps needs to be more apparent.. as well as widgets being able to move them..

You can enable it in Settings > Homescreen > App badges

In iOS 13, it used to be called The Weather. I don't see it on 14.

Yes probably a few weeks ago before I updated to 13.5.1

uncOver is blocking your updates. You Should have enabled updates in unc0ver settings before using rootfs or removing jailbreak. The problem now is you cannot re jailbreak and fix it that way.

Try dfu restore and then set device as new. Then try iOS14 update.

You can always restore data from back up by erasing the device once iOS has updated.

I told myself I was going to steer clear of the beta channel for a bit, but then I thought about ALLLLLLL of the betas (and horror) I endured during the iOS 13 cycle and I just can’t help myself.

Plus, a few people said Mail was working better! That’s all I needed to hear lol

Don’t mind at all. I am on AT&T. Group text working flawlessly again. I’ll go back to iOS 14 when a few more beta’s drop. It worked really, really well other than that one issue I had.

I found a bug, problem it’s random! If you get an email notification, say macrumors, open the email click on the link, then delete the message using the trash can your at the inbox view. When a new email message comes in and you go into mail your in the previous read mail not in the inbox. Again this seems random and I can’t trace exactly the steps to reproduce it.

Battery overnight was solid. Left my iPad pro 12.9 at 100% and woke up to it at 100, and my extra iPhone (SE 2020) that I loaded the beta onto also held steady at 93% where I left it when I went to sleep.
Overall super smooth and enough that I’m thinking of installing it on my main iPhone 😜

Shame Siri still doesn’t know what to do with bi-lingual people. Listening to incoming text messages (in English) still makes me almost laugh out loud when my OS is set to German

Has anyone tested phone calls? Any call I receive shows up for a second or two and then declines. Happens both when phone is locked and unlocked, banner or full screen. Shows up for a few seconds and then without doing anything declines. Tried a few different people just to test and restarted, reset network settings, same issue. Anyone else? Obviously a deal breaker if I can’t fix this to keep the beta going. Am I missing something? No call blocking enabled. Thanks!

It's seem logical that everyone should write in the same language . This forum would be a mess if all languages were mixed .

Yeah, but i literally typed like 5 words as part of a post in german, reacting to something about german language support. And i think most people would have understood from context (english is my first language).

No he can’t snoop on your phone if all you do is use his account to download the beta profile.

Yep, then it starts to cool down some. Maybe it’s when I’m watching YouTube videos is when it starts to heat up. Definitely wasn’t doing this is iOS 13 for me.
