Yes it's running on 13.5.1 too. That should be normal behavior. Otherwise how would it determine your devices location if you were to use the "find my" from another device or iCloud.com? It's not tied to whether or not you are running the app.

SAME ON MY 11 PRO!! I thought I was the only one. Like my device restarts 3x or more a day, it doesn’t matter if it’s on idle or while using it on any app. I’ve already sent a feedback
Oh, I was saying I haven’t had these issues on my iPhone. Since beta 1 release day, I’ve had 1 Springboard reboot and maybe 3-5 times where an app I was in froze up on me, usually Reeder or Safari (but only the tab I was in? Which is weird? I can still open a new tab and browse).
Again, for me this build has not only been very stable but has also resolved some issues I’ve had from iOS 13 (MAIL works perfectly for me). With everyone submitting feedback (and including logs), this is all very positive for a first beta. Not even a public beta yet. I’m gonna hold on to this .ipsw file and revert back to it if a future beta runs bad.
Can someone please try the following and in case it doesn’t work for you either, please report it to Apple as the Feedback App still does not show any similar reports and it happens to me on iPhone XS Max, iPad Air 2 and iPad Pro

goto photos (Show all)
click the (select button) in the top right corner
button changes to (cancel) but you can not actually select photos like the tap on the photos is not being registered
issue: can’t select multiple photos to delete them all at once

Very common issue every year in beta period is continuity and handoff are unreliable between devices that are on the beta and device that are not.

My Safari browsing history is syncing from my iPhone to my iPad, but both are on 14. My Mac is still on Catalina. I was expecting my history to not sync across, but I tried the Safari Technical Preview and my history was showing up there instead of regular release Safari.. I’m sure that’s something that will get rectified when the official release is out or sooner.
good to know and thank you. strangely, they always seem to mess this up. I remember on the first iOS 13 beta, the select button was missing, in beta 2 they added the select button but the trash icon to actually delete it was missing and further down the lane they actually managed to add both buttons but then random photos that I already deleted would show up again after leaving and going back onto the conversation. This last part has never been solved on iOS 13

my mum just called me, didn’t pick up on my iPhone. It shows the missed call as a unknown number, including the wrong country prefix (20, Egypt instead of 49, Germany) on my iPad. Bug I guess

YES (iPhone 11 Pro). Honestly thought I was the only one and it does it exactly twice a day. First one goes and then within a couple hours, the second reboot happens and I only notice it because I have to reenter my passcode and the wifi is not connected both times. Even in XCode/Configurator, the logs just show the reboot but nothing consistent to why besides some issue within a specific thread. I am open to sharing that and even app list to find similarities?
I also did a iTunes restore to see if that would help but same issues occur.
There’s been one issue I’ve had since iOS 13 was introduced that I’m still having. The Satellite Option is not Staying Enabled in Maps App. When you select the view to something other than “Maps”, like Transit or Satellite, and then come back to the app later, it’s reverted back to the default “Maps” view. I’ve submitted FB7774885 for that.
New issue with Mail cropped up today. Instead of the iOS 13 behavior where you would get a gray screen with the subject still showing up top when you archive/delete an email, now the full email continues to show. You can hit the archive/delete button as many times as you want and it'll never go away. Exiting to the inbox shows the email is actually gone.

Airdrops from my ProMax are failing. I am getting a “Failed save to Files ...” error type messages on my IPP. A second or third send attempt has been working.
Opened Mail and after manually refreshing and watching the numbers of unread change like a slot machine, for one GMail account I was only able to see the header and subject line. Body was blank. Looked fine on my ProMax. Killing the Mail app and reloading fixed the issue. On the IPP, iCLoud, Exchange, 2 Gmail accounts.

My Mac is on Catalina. iPhone is on iOS 14. history does not sync between them.
I also tried with another Mac having Big Sur. There also no history syncing with iOS 14.
So the issue seems to be with iOS 14.
Didn’t see this in the wiki; not going through each and every post: is anyone able to set a photo for group messages (pinned or not) in Messages? I either don’t have it, or am going blind. There’s no option to “Add/Edit Photo” when I select ‘Info’ with my group message. Before I submit that one, I just wanted to ensure it’s not just these eyes fading on me...
EDIT - now that I think about it, I’m wondering if everyone in the group has to be using Messages in order for it to work. A couple of members use Android. That would render this feature a bit limited if that’s how Apple has implemented it...

A tap on the screen and the search box fades away (animation).
The keynoard however will hang around for 3-4 seconds then “ping!” It vanishes.
Why is one animated and the other isn’t?

I think you missed the point: one device is on a beta and the other is not. That is likely the issue. I don't think it matters which is which.
but the issue also comes when both devices (Mac and iPhone) are on beta.
Mac on big sur and iPhone on iOs 14.
I think it only requires one for sync not to work. Just hang in there...it'll get better!

Mine is not consistent too, it can happen when I’m at any app or sometimes it’s on idle and when I try to unlock my phone it suddenly asks for my pin because of the restart
iPhone 11 Pro here and random reboots too.
Also I notice some Bluetooth problems. When I connect some Bluetooth speak e disconnects sometimes. It can disconnect 3 times in 5 minutos or play for 15m in a row.

On both iOS 14 and MacOS Big Sur, my weather app has stopped working for most cities. It's empty on iOS 14, and when I click a city (I have 3 widgets) on MacOS one works (to the weather channel) and the other two direct to apple.com. It seems Apple is playing with something.
EDIT: Still not working this morning, so edited each widget to pick a different city, waited for it to update, then put the original city back. Now they're working (same fix on iOS and MacOS).
