so who is ready for iOS 14.1 beta 1 tomorrow?
Very much ready for 14.1 Beta 1, although I don’t think it’ll come tomorrow.

Apple released Xcode GM 7 hours ago, and that meant they could start submitting them then. Usually there's a week between this and the public release of iOS x.0, meaning there is time for these app updates to be submitted, reviewed and released. Since that gap is non-existent, won't see any apps today using the new iOS 14 things like the new widget style.

3rd party widgets ?????
Not in time for public release. could be Friday, at the earliest.
i think Apple is going to be approving updates at record speed. Also for some bigger apps, Apple may have already given them inside information about the release date etc. to have apps ready to goNot in time for public release. could be Friday, at the earliest.
I’ll take it ? hopefully the big developers have been keeping themselves busy making some decent widgets. ??

That statement makes no sense. Devs had access to the tools for months now and if they aren‘t ready to recompile with the final SDK then that‘s on them. One thing about this quick public release is that there won’t be any 3rd party widgets using the new style on launch, since Xcode GM only came out a couple hours ago.

Happy iOS 14 day people.
They will bring back the ceramic next year.Apple doesn't want me to own a white ceramic watch it seems, every time it's my upgrade year it isn't available.

App Store approval queues are faster for new releases because Apple wants people to upgrade to the new OS. I went through 2 major releases where I submitted an update less than 24h before the public release and it was always live within a few hours at most.
That’s probably just general support, like apps coming out last week saying the same. Unless they have widgets, then can’t tell either way
still got to check it and push it thru Xcode GM to make sure no new issues.
Spark is coming soon Readdle said. Apple already accepted the update. Not in time for public release. could be Friday, at the earliest.
Im still thinking about if I should a clean install today or wait for 14.0.x which probably will arrive next week
