Fixes an issue where home automations, triggered by people arriving or leaving, may fail
ARE YOU SERIOUS ? I almost had a fight with my GF over this !

When we both leave the house, the garage door turns off automatically.
But it didn't work anymore, and I just couldn't find anything wrong in any of my automations.

Frequently visited sites are back in Safari, but yet when I delete a site I don’t want on the browser, it comes back. How odd.

I have a dual SIM setup with both on eSIM and haven’t had any issues with dropped calls on my 13 Pro fortunately. I’m loving the RC✌?
Will wait until after the weekend for a better read on the battery life.

EDIT: Hopefully there’ll be a .x.1 update for everyone experiencing these issues.

I can also say that I am seeing that issue with the frequent sites coming back after removing on my 12 Pro.

oh a lot of cpmplaints here. I tested it now for 2 days on my iPhone 13 PM and on my 12 Mini. I did not have any Issue. I also use Dual Sim on the PM and did a few longer calls. No issues at all.

Battery, somethings chewing away. ?
15.4.1 and 15.5b4 I was getting flat lines on periods of non use.

(Background app refresh off. Nothing apparent in app usage)

Might reinstall the iOS again. See if that changes anything.

EDIT: reinstalled. Will report back see if that’s done anything for the calls and battery drain. ??

I have made an encrypted backup on the Mac, restored my phone as new to iOS 15.4.1, updated to 15.5 and restored from the backup again. Took very long. Battery over night, no draining. Unfortunately all contact tracing keys haven’t been restored from the encrypted backup.

Battery: why I needed to reinstall the iOS again I’m not sure to stop the battery drain from an original IPSW file update to 15.5 RC ?

See folks, just because it’s a final version doesn’t mean your battery drain is a bug. Could just mean you need to reinstall the iOS again. ?

Open Feedback and create a new Settings>iPad/iPhone Storage draft. Scroll down and hit “Collect Storage Logs” and it should clear up a significant amount of storage. Worked for me.
Or just sync your device with your computer - Finder or iTunes. My system storage was about 6 gigs before my recent sync, it’s 800mb just now. Syncining gets rid of all the diagnostic logs which do pile up. I’ve been told that the OS does that automatically anyway but since I sync on a weekly basis my storage very rarely goes above that 5. If I forget to sync I have seen it get to 18-20gigs. Several Apple media sites have written articles indicating that is fairly common so I don’t stress about it.

Do you see an improvement after the reinstall? Your previous screenshot shows idle battery drain around 50% so could you post the results around the same?
Battery drain tends to be flat when it’s close to 100% so this may not be an accurate observation.
