I have been doing this a long time but don't post much. Every once in a while, I'll say that I'm just not going to do this anymore.

And every single time, I have a problem resisting. LOL....

My regret this iOS 15 so far has been the CarPlay problem and how Messages can freeze up for a long time.

This is the first time my daily life has been adversely, seriously affected by bugs.

Yes, yes, I know.... Don't bother with the speech. I knew better.

Is a reset and reload helping with the Messages freeze issue ? Have anyone tried.. Just thinking if I should reset and try or wait for the next beta..

Spent a good bit of this weekend just playing different games. Kind of nice to do for a change.
However … problems.

As the day went on (today) I started seeing more and more graphic stutter and small screen freezes. Rebooting, even a hard reboot had little effect. The effect was far worse on the 12 ProMax than it was on the iPad Pro 11 2020.

Feedback reported.

Frequently Visited sites are now missing for me in Safari. I’ve tried force quitting Safari, rebooting, and just unchecking/rechecking the option. I’m really not happy with Safari at all on iOS 15.

Another YouTube update, still no match appearance when it comes to dark mode. 🤦‍♂️

Maybe iOS 20 🤔

Lucky for us google isn’t in charge of iOS.

Yes, for me.. Initially everything was performing great, no resprings or app crashes. Then I'd say maybe Monday, when charging, it'd get super hot. Didn't matter if it was charging wirelessly, connected to my MBP, or just a power adapter. Also only seeing it charge to about 90% or so, give or take. Both Messages & Mail have been giving me the blank screen issue, too, along with the Photos app not uploading any new pictures added to my Library. A reboot fixes all these things for me, but seemingly only temporarily.
Exact same problem with me on iPhone 11 Pro Max and iPad Pro.

Monday morning update: Messages now refuses to load. At all. Black screen, crash, and then that's it. I have to use my MBP to communicate with people until this is fixed, lol.
Lucky for you next beta isn’t far away 😃

Gods I hope so. Moreso, I hope it fixes all of this.

You know that dumpster floating down the flooded road (that had excellent fire edited in)? Yeah, that was my hometown. That's this beta. 🤣
Strange how some people are having issues and some aren’t, especially when everyone is running the same beta. 🤔

Pretty surprised that beta 2 has been pretty solid for me on a 12 Pro Max, outside of some random UI bugs. Battery has been pretty good too.

One annoying thing is it seems to be a lot slower to unlock my watch (on 7.6 beta).

You're not having any of the Messages bugs and freezes?

Ok this is REALLY weird. Late last night, 3 of my 4 phones got warm and started draining fast while sitting on my desk not being used. 4th one was turned off or I'm assuming it would have done the same thing. All running 15b2, all with 100% battery capacity. Hard rebooting them did nothing. No new apps installed on any of them. My poor SE went from 75% to completely dead in about 4 hours :( Anyone else seeing sudden severe drain today? If it was just one phone I'd chalk it up to an app or something but all 3 did the same thing, at the same time even. I've had no issues until this. I'm guessing something is going on on Apple's end.

I am not sure if to the same extent but I did see reduced battery life with my 12Pro for sure running this beta. Unfortunately, this type of thing should be expected with a beta.

Freezing, iMessage and battery drain with heating issues started Thursday for me. Seem like my phone went sideways but was fine for the longest time.. so strange this happen all of the sudden and not when it first was installed beta 2

I’ve got the same phone and am at 96% health and have been getting down to 30% twice a day. Not good!
my launch day 12 pro max is down to 90% battery max capacity (or so the reading in settings says). It was dropping like a rock on iOS 14 until the end. I am still hoping that Apple extends the battery calibration feature over to the iPhone 12 series.

Memory leaks and run away processes can be common with a beta release. That’s usually why a reboot tends to “fix” things temporarily. Hopefully we’ll get something better this week.

Frequently Visited Sites and now also iCloud Tabs, not showing up at all for me on my iPhone 12 Pro.

I’m also seeing the same Black Screen issue with the Messages app not working while connected to CarPlay. Here’s hoping any issues addressed with this week’s beta don’t just introduce even more bugs. 🤪🤞
