Not sure this is the right place.
After update, it kept trying to alter my display last night. The settings in "Accessibility" and "smart invert" and "classic invert" were self selecting for some reason. Restarted and it settled down.

Hello guys, so this battery test video just came out and apparently it shows a good battery life increase in iOS 15 over iOS 14.8 for the iPhone 12 series. Can anyone confirm, deny? I'm on 14.8 and a bit hesitant to update

Everyone here have been using betas of iOS15 so we dont know how this release version is. On my iPhone 12 Pro I think the latest beta, the rc where worse than iOS 14.

- Cannot get Live Text to work on last week's RC and yesterday's update. The toggle is not available in camera settings
- Cannot update the iPhone 12 Pro Max from RC to yesterday's update, 11 Pro Max did this without any problem, dito for my two iPad Pros.

Not the best start.

yeah it’s a bit hit and miss for me on live text. Does for some pictures and others you think it will pic up text nicely and the button doesn’t appear ?

not sure how it can’t see THANK YOU on the picture ?

Just upgraded to iOS 15 and Apple Maps keeps crashing when searching for places. Anyone else having the same problem?

There’s quite a bit of “profile” chatter. I’m worried the basic implementation of a profile and what it does and how it behaves isn’t registered even before jumping into the deep end of a beta programme ???

Just confirm that if turning on assistive touch on iPhone 12 / 12 pro, the temperature information and country name will be cut off on apple weather app when strolled up, turning off will still remain the same. Only to perform a reset all setting will get back to normal .
For 12 PM it will remain visible upon tuning off.

I think it will improve over time, as it’s gonna learn. Guessing it doesn’t like fancy fonts yet….

Found the solution for the weather information cut off - turn off the assistive touch and do a multitasking swipe up and it will appear again when you stroll up

Hello all, upgraded to iOS 15 official this morning.

tried the new Hide My Mail feature. It works but noted a side issues.

my sent email was mistakenly shown as the screenshot, something like userid_at_gmail_com_randomstring_icloud.com.

is it a new bug to iOS 15?

There is a new privacy setting in mail to block to ip and remote content, but it looks irrelevant to the above issue.

Hello, tried the new Private Relay (beta) with a few web sites, and it works smoothly.

how could I know the traffic has been hopping over apple and 3rd party servers and encrypted?
