Disagree. People are facing major issues with CarPlay and Apple Music to name a few. Apple needs to start sorting issues out quicker.
Some people are experiencing such issues. Its not uniform by any stretch of the imagination. I'm not going to recite - yet again - why Apple likely doesn't "sort out" such issues, other than to say if it isn't serious or affect a lot of people, they'll get to it when they get to it.
Exactly. Some people think that cos they have the issue, it’s universal. They expect any bug can/will be fixed immediately, when actually bugs get prioritised and fixed then decided.
I’m pretty sure tomorrow beta 2 is out, if I’m correct last time macOS came first iOS was the day after
I do not doubt that there are problems, but if 3 weeks have passed with this beta, that one or two more days pass is not critical, it is what I was referring to

Fairly confident we will see beta 2 today, then going weekly for another beta or two then RC/Public.
I want 15.2.1 but I think we'll get 15.3 b2.
