Not a surprise. Same day releases usually only occur once we get into weekly DB releases
Whenever apple feels it is ready for the public to use it. Usually the day after the developer beta this early in the beta cycle. As long as nothing too bad is found.
I hope soon, PB1 has been pretty unreliable on my iPad Pro 12.9 2020. I’ve had a lot of apps freezing (messages seems to be the worse).

If it‘s not then you can almost certainly bet on it being next week.
The only reason the PB lags behind is to stop game breakers from bricking average joe phones (which 1 day should be more than enough time to decide whether a build is good enough for public).
