I can confirm searching for Messages now works.

Unfortunately Screen Time syncing is still broken.

How is it something Apple didn’t say was even broken gets fixed, but something that Apple specifically said they fixed is still broken?

Just discovered a new wallpaper set up issue on my iPhone 15 Plus. I want the Home Screen wallpaper blurred, it shows it correctly in the preview but when I actually check my Home Screen, it isn’t blurred!

Tried it with different wallpapers and no luck
I have this, too

Experiencing a first-time bug in the Home app.

When tapping on an accessory, like a HomePod or an Apple TV, that’s currently playing content…I’m finding that tapping the accessory to expand the view doesn’t show the album/movie/show artwork.

I have to tap and close the accessory at least five or six times (sometimes more) in order to get the artwork to finally appear.

Anyone else?

My 15 PM just had a kernel panic on 17.1

Tried opening my banking app and Face ID wouldn’t recognise my face. Asked for memorable info and then turned off.

I don’t understand anything the logs say. This is the first time my phone has crashed since launch and I’ve been on the 17.1 RC since release. Not the original RC I updated to the official release build.

There seems to be some sort of issue that prevents editting photos taken after the update in Google Photos.
The Edit button in Google Photos doesn't do anything when trying to edit photos taken with my 15PM on iOS17.1.
Photos taken before the update don't have this issue.

I found a bug when using the new Photo Shuffle albums for the wallpaper. Usually when setting up the pictures you can zoom in or out but when using the album that doesn’t work. Can anyone else confirm?

I have a Discover Card in Apple Pay and I’m not seeing an option to link it to see the balance. I tried removing and adding it back to Apple Pay, but that made no difference.

I just took a picture to test this out and I’m still able to edit in Google photos.

Just tested this on a 15 Pro Max - the bug is not reproducible for me. Try deleting the app then reinstalling.

I think there are some further issues with Focus modes. My screen is constantly lifting up with notifications where it wasn’t before. Even with screen dimming on, quite annoying.

does anyone noticed a difference on haptic feedback? notifications coming from apps like twitter and instagram feels like the taptic engine is broken with ios 17.1. maybe it is related with my phone i didn't understand. using 15 pro max

I think someone mentioned this but the photo shuffle for an album is flawed. Only picks the same 15+ photos. Better to manually add up to 50 photos because that shuffle works.

My Magsafe animation is broken since I installed this build. Also contact posters are a mess. People call me and their names are cut ie robe instead of Robert. What a mess.

Anyone else seeing this? Trying to figure out if it’s an issue affecting anyone other than me…

17.1 has been a huge improvement over any of the 17.0.X versions.

A fun reminder that I should force myself to wait for the .1 update, because the XX.0 update is always a stuttery mess.
