That's ginormous. And yes, probably 3-4x larger than before. Is the blue outline new on the text magnifier?
Definitely feels bigger so makes it’s easier/smoother to use.

Been trying that. Seems a no go for both my iPhones. The profile doesn’t even show up after downloading and installing. I think there must be a bug in the system that are allowing some lucky ones to get through and circumvent the process. Guess I’ll wait for the public, thanks for responding. You can download the iOS 16.6 beta profile, restart, wait a few minutes, and it can show up. You gotta hit where it says beta updates and then select 17. It’s what happened to me as a non dev
And on tvOS. People have been calling for new screensavers there, I’m not sure why they limited these new ones to macOS. 🤔Those macOS Sonoma flyover screensavers that transition into a still image would look real nice on my iPhone or iPad...
Sounds like the fun's about to end on the betas. Get 'em while you can! https://9to5mac.com/2023/06/06/users-without-developer-accounts-seeing-ios-17-beta/
And before anyone says I'm being inconsistent: nope. This is like a Starbucks employee accidentally leaving a table of coffees out for anyone to take. In this case, it's Apple's fault for making it available and not saying anything about it. This is on them. And now they're going to have to live with it all the way through the process as they have no practical way to send non-developers back to 16 and will need to bring them along for the whole ride (or at least until the public beta comes out)
Unexpected but welcome
Apple Makes Developer Betas Free to Download and Install
Apple's developer betas have historically been limited to developers who have a paid account that costs $99 per year, but with the launch of...www.macrumors.com
If this was deliberate then I imagine the deprecation of profiles was done more for convenience rather than trying to lock anyone out. Or perhaps a crackdown on unofficial distribution.Unexpected but welcome

The more that install it the hopefully more feedback they get on glitches and bugs

This update is probably more like 16.7 than a full blown update. So probably no harm in letting everyone into the pool now.Who to believe 🤔
Seems to me that it will be basically be Apple saying that the beta is probably safe from showstopping glitches at the point of public beta releaseKinda wondering
why they’re bothering with the public beta still

Not working for me.Just went on the Appleseed website, logged in pressed download top right and it let me download the beta profile

Maybe hurry up before they change their minds, Lol.So you mean that it is officially that from now on everyone can have access to beta releases WITHOUT being enrolled in paid developer software programe? WOW!
I know what you mean. Most days I feel dead inside so some bugs would make me feel something. Anything. Alas.Yeah definitely. I’m hardly seeing any bugs for my usage. Quite underwhelming at the moment.
