That darn 'significant locations' has enabled itself again. Along with 'iPhone Analytics and 'Routing and traffic'.

Stayed the same on both my 13 mini and 13. No change through out this beta 17 cycle.

The stuttering when swiping down the Notification Center on my 13PM is still present

I have the iphone 13 pro, there is no stuttering, I havent even notice stuttering on the last betas. Have you installed the ios beta as new? or did you kept updating from ios 16?

Turn off “search” on Home Screen and let me know…

You can turn off search on home screen? how? I wish I could also disable the lockscreen swipe left for camera, its pointless and I activate it accidentally. I also hate the long press for edit homescreen, bad design. I keep activating it accidentally.

Just a heads up…

iOS 17 beta 8 still does NOT fix:

1) The glitched Notification Center (from iOS 16)
2) The annoying Home Control platter flicker in Control Center (from iOS 16)
3) The inability to move a large widget to the bottom portion of a Home Screen page (from iOS 17)

1 - What glitch, its been perfect on mine since I can remember, I didnt even know there was any glitch
2 - What flicker?
3 - Why would anyone do that, when the bottom page is convenient for apps, which is where your thumb can reach one handed?

Settings > Home Screen & App Library > Search: Show on Home Screen OFF

Beta 8 seems to have broken live game streaming in the MLB app again.

I just texted my wife via Siri on CarPlay. I have her phone number and her @me.com address in my Contacts app - her phone number as a phone number and her @me.com address as an email address. Siri/CarPlay prompted me with "Which one?". It has never done that on any previous release, beta or production.

Am I the only one not seeing the ability to find an Apple TV remote? There’s no ’find’ button when I go into the able TV remote in Control Center….. running latest beta on both.

Comes and goes for me since the last beta or two. Rebooting the phone usually brings it back for a bit. Doesn’t work when it is available though. Thinking maybe the remote is going to need a firmware update first

FaceID works on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, but it is pretty slow - probably 5-6 seconds to open... on previous betas and iOS 16 and earlier, it worked al most instantaneously.

Update: it seems that it’s broken only on cellular. If I use WiFi or cellular + VPN, live streaming works fine. Weird.

Interesting it is super fast on XR. Pick up phone, display lights up and unlocks pretty much at same time instantly.

Only the HomePod and AppleTV. But my understanding is that the hub doesn’t need to be on a beta.

Since these betas started I’ve been unable to use the Apple TV remote app. Any knows a fix? Just doesn’t see my Apple TV yet I’m able to air play to it just fine and ask Siri to turn it off and on.

How to disable lock during sleep of watch, so that I don’t have to press and hold crown to unlock at night, and yet track sleep using the watch.

My location Services are off in Weather App. It just says city name (Lima) but Not the streets anymore. Any idea if There is a fix? Beta 7 was Fine
