Once again (with feeling). The French authorities announced, in an official statement, that 17.1 would be out on October 24th.

Therefore, they lied.

It might have been attributed to an earlier goal that Apple shared with ANFR. But since this update covers a lot more then just a discontinued from sold iPhone 12 they have to be able to have a little wiggle room on their commitment.

Makes no sense. Why leave a 1 week gap between RC and final? Most unusual.

Maybe because the second RC came out last Friday. Not enough time to test. I say its coming next Thursday.

I went back and looked at some previous releases and found that iOS 11.1, 12.1 were released the last tuesday of the Month so i think history is repeating itself, 17.1 next tuesday.
