I hope they just move on to beta 3. No point in re-releasing it a week later. If they were going to re-release it, I think they should have done that a day or two after.

So do I. My wifi problems starting up again on this beta. (Wifi stops working until I turn off wifi and turn it back on on iPhone)

Not sure.
Otherwise week of the 29th I would guess because of the Vision Pro Launch.

Probably correct. 17.3 is so close. Interesting no Beta 3 for tvOS, Yet they updated IPadOS to beta 3. Installed iOS/IpadOS beta 3 just fine on both IP14Pro. Waiting for MacOS OTA, as usual it's slow to show.
