When do we think we’ll get iOS 17.4 Developer Beta 1? Next week? I know that iOS 17.3 should be coming next week, and I don’t remember if Apple normally releases betas for the next iOS version the same week as the public release of an IOS update, or if they wait a week.

Typically it’s the day after the public release of the prior version. So I would expect 17.4 b1 Tuesday or Wednesday this week.
Recent history
iOS 14.3 released Dec 14, 2020, 14.4 beta Dec 16th. (2 days later)
iOS 15.3 released Jan 27, 2022, 15.4 beta Jan 28th. (next day)
iOS 16.3 released Jan 23, 2023, 16.4 beta Feb 16th. (24 days later)
So 2023 was just an odd year.

The band comes out tomorrow. So they have to release 17.3 today I guess.
I think today is the release. Black Unity Wallpaper asterisk on Apple.com now states requires iOS 17.3. No mention of available next week like it said last week.
According to last year's press release the 2023 Unity strap was available in store from January 24th and the corresponding updates dropped the day before on the 23rd.

I'd say most likely today. Apple Music Classical was updated today to include CarPlay support (yay!!!). Although not connected literally, that just has the feel of something they'd update the same day as an iOS release.
I can’t recall the new beta ever dropping the same day as the public release of the prior software.
Conventional wisdom is that it would overload the deployment servers to release both on the same day. I don’t know if that’s true or not but they don’t do it.
So I’d look for 17.4b1 beginning the day after the public release of 17.3.
Someone said even if you update it on the iPhone you need to restart your iPhone for its to show on CarPlay. Hopefully 17.3 appears today compared to tomorrow.

I think same build as RC is coming today, it’s such a minor update they just wanna drop it lol let’s hope 17.4 is a bit more exciting
Wow 22nd ended up being the day finally. As said 17.4 beta tomorrow please. 
We have no details, but the possible beta cycle timeline seems to point to that.
I think Apple will make it as hard as can be to sideload, just to keep people away. EU only says sideloading, not Sideloading for dummies.
Not unsurprisingly. It’s supposed to be the same. Yes occasionally the public version is a build or 2 higher but that’s not often.
