I turned Apple Intelligence off and on again, and now Siri isn't working.

See if this helps

I did a reset network settings and then rejoined my WiFi and it downloaded

While this didn’t make the size change from 2.63GB to 5.18GB as reported by others, resetting the network settings did make Siri work again for me, albeit using the old(?) models.

I went overkill and did reset all settings, lol. I think that fixed it, but I’m unable to double tap the home bar to type to it. I’ll try a reboot.

Mine went back from 5.18 (or whatever it was) back to 2.63. My guess is that it discarded the old 18.1 b1 model in favor of the newly downloaded one with beta 2.
I concur. On my iPhone 15 Pro, it was 5.18 yesterday after the update (and on Wi-Fi) and this morning it's back to 2.63. Probably most who see it now as 2.63GB just never saw the initial 5.18GB.

I'm getting the feeling that 2.63GB is the correct size for b2 and those that reported 5.18GB had two copies of the model for a period of time which was eventually cleaned up.

Sorry for the non-feature question but has anybody had trouble downloading? After reading all 10 pages I’ve decided to make the jump but I’m getting ridiculous download times and it’s now showing a full day to download after sitting at three hours for a bit.

I’ve done a reboot and it went right back to the day.

Nope. Took 6 minutes for a new install on my m4 pro about an hour ago.

Be aware of a new issue I’m seeing with Wi-Fi. We use Meraki APs here at the office, and for our guest Wi-Fi, we provide a username and password. On beta 2 when entering my saved credentials in iCloud, it crashes and does not connect. I did not see this on beta 1.

4 mins a couple of hours ago.

Ha anyone seen any sign of priority notifications? Outside of mail I mean, so on the Lock Screen etc?

I tried turning off apple intelligence and then turning it back on to see if it would download the remaining gigs that haven’t on my phone yet, and now Siri will say it’s downloading and it still hasn’t moved up. Now I cant use Siri 😔
I still only have 2.64GB of AI files on my 15 PM... Maybe my Apple Intelligence "isn't" 🤣

Noticed two things with this update 1. Call filter for Verizon seems to work again. First time since installing iOS 18 betas. 2. Is siri using ai now. I see the feedback icon for it bottom right and also the animation seems a bit more front and center than beta 1.
