And now the FBI is saying the opposite: stop using WhatsApp, Signal, etc.

Clear as mud?

FBI says not to use it….then I’m definitely using it…😂

Wifi7 is also bad, connect, hours later half of speed, rec0nnect, all is good.

So we are small business and I know the IT guy personally. Our network was find until 18.2 RC 1 was released. Since then I have had issues with the mail app. I have reached out to our IT, and they have tried several things with no luck. If it is blocked, it's not on purpose.
Ah ok. Still seems like if you can get it via cellular and at home then it should point to something on that network. I know our guys remove the Apple mail app from work phones and block even personal gmail (not outlook.com email) on Apple Mail app on personal phones but not on Gmail app. Weird I know. :) Hope you/they get it sorted. Do report back when it is.

Thanks! I will reach out again tomorrow and see if we can do some digging. I am not entirely sure they know how to troubleshoot Apple devices, they are very PC/android driven so much so the owner gave me hell for getting a MacBook Pro as my work computer. I wish that I knew more so I could suggest potential fixes, but I can promise I won’t rest until I have some kind of answer.

I've got a 2018 iPad Pro on iPadOS 18.2 RC2 and I keep losing my Internet Connection. I've tried resetting Network Settings and reinstalling from the .ipsw file, and even restarted my Home Router. Wasn't an issue on RC1 and none of my other iDevices are having any issues (3 Macs, 2 iPhones, 2 other iPads, 3 Apple Watches). It's just this one iPad Pro that's having an issue. I thought I had it sorted, but then again today it's saying "No Internet Access". Tried enabling Airplane mode.. I'm at a loss.
Figured it out, Internet Sharing was turned on on two different spots.

Weird, mine is definitely the updated version. It was not on RC 1, but it is on RC 2.

Edit: WTH?? Somehow I was on an improved version of the call log, but now it's gone...very strange. Somehow I landed there after a call earlier and that screen had a back button on it. I hit that and now I'm stuck back on the crappy minefield.
Maybe you were using the search bar in the call log? Because then the UI changes… god knows why they went with this

Looks like that is where I was. I didn’t know I was in there because I hadn’t intended to search. Must have accidentally clicked that while intending to click the top recent phone call.

Agreed, that search UI should just be how the main log is and search shouldn’t change anything. What a mess.

Have they fixed the Apple Music bug where the UI stays stuck on the previous song even though the next one started playing?

can anyone tell me if the bug is fixed where the folders flash white for a brief if you have dark mode turnend on

Have we figured out what the “Daily Limit” for ChatGPT is before it stops using the advanced capabilities and instead uses the basic version?
