I could not agree more, but this is not a new thing. Sometimes it looks like, they don't have the Feedback app installed at all and they just cry that all the rumors are not what they expected them to be.
Best part is, that there is section for the chronic querulous people in the Feedback app.. It's called suggestions 😃

Honourable exceptions.

It seems to be "as designed" for now.

The Light/Dark option in the display settings seems to affect menus and apps but they now linked "icons" with "widgets" for the second light/dark option (in a way that kind of make sense since its stuff on the desktop... although I dislike it very much :D)
I'm hoping they'll give more option to disociate icons and widgets because that's painful.

Pretty painful bug on my device.

I cannot disable "screen time" which I had for a very long time with a passcode to lock certain settings.

As soon as I click on "screen time" in the settings app, the app crashes.

So, i'm pretty much locked out of most important settings eh! submitted a report but just thought I would share this, better not turn this back on if you were using it as well.

Oh no so we can’t access screen time in this beta ? Did you try to reboot ?

I don't know if its screen time itself, or due to that specific section that lets you lock down certain things behind a passcode but on my side, i was using the later and it won't let me enter that part of the settings and just instant closes settings.
I did several reboots so far, no luck, so yeah. Would love for someone else to confirm, but that would mean they are screwed if the issue is widespread lol

Is there any way to verify whether they upped the participants limit for iMessage group chats from 32 to 100?

100 participants is what RCS groups require to be compliant with the universal profile, which Apple has said they‘ll do. Does that mean they keep 32 slots for iMessage groups for easy group FaceTime drop in functionality (since that‘s 32 max) and risk people resorting to RCS groups instead?

Interestingly, I had another IMAP account which worked fine.

I deleted and re-added the one which didn't work, and that didn't fix it. As soon as I restored, it started working perfectly. And it's working fine on Sequoia.

Edit: I should have logged a Feedback before restoring. Oh well.

why isn't the weather icon on dark mode show the moon and star instead of just black instead of blue background , would look better

I was going to skip BETA 1 and I needed a feature. Is the Send a iMessage later enable in BETA 1? Might get me back on the BETA train. Normally wait out for BETA 2. TIA

Hey, how do you unhide hidden apps, i can find the folder and hidden app, but no way of removing and putting it back onto my home screen?
 
If someone wants a nice song to try the new music haptics (and even Dolby Atmos, the songs does it really great) check this one out


This one is cool too
