Storage bug is present after the update, 139gbs of System Data.

Edit: restart fixed it.

Maps dark icon changed colour - the raids are now grey.

To be fair the coloured version looked pretty gross with a black back ground.

Gross I do not like this. I liked the dark mode before. I liked all the colors.

Edit- wow they added animations to low power mode, orientation lock - maybe few more

Bilingual keyboard is still not working properly (it has been flaky on all betas) - This beta breaks the selection of the layout. But clearly they're working on it.

I haven't installed the beta yet. Could you elaborate on this one? What happens exactly? I have the need to be able to switch keyboard as I type in several different languages. What did they break?

Wow. Being able to flip between those two shows just how much effort they are putting into tweaking things to get them just right.

If you use the news note features, don’t update to the last beta!
When you opens any note with Colors and Titles that has a menu, the note crashes.
Can’t use any of my old notes until an update.

I’m kinda surprised by how slowly this thread is progressing so far…

Anyone have any updates on the cellular connectivity bug a few people were reporting where they’d lose all cellular signal for a few seconds? I’m assuming with the size of this update that a new modem firmware was included but I’m holding off on installing until there some more confirmation this one is resolved.

Have you successfully installed with IPSW though?

Tried a few times and all attempt failed to update after getting an error in the process then it stuck loading on the phone. DFU restored it.

correct me if I’m wrong but WhatsApp seems to have a dark logo? And on notifications, it used to be the light green logo but now it’s the darkened tint which is nice to see.

Some are getting dark icon, some aren’t. It’s random that some people are not getting dark mode version of apps when others are.

Anyone else notice that apps that are not dark are no longer a darker shade in beta 5? My IG and Reddit aren’t shaded darker now.
