FOMO what else. Then nah. :p:eek:
Well, some of us use the iPhone upgrade program.. we're paying the cost of a phone with warranty over two years time, however it can be turned in at one year - and reset

So either one upgrades, refreshes Apple Care (two or three incidents are the limit) and lands better cameras, better speeds, and a fresh battery.. or you pay the SAME THING to keep your old iPhone for another year, with a depleting battery and no camera improvement

It makes no sense to skip one generation and pay the same exact thing monthly, for someone like me. The only phone I skipped was the iPhone 5S, and if you remember that was the year that AT&T stopped offering a massive discount to get into the new iPhone

What if it’s actually next week? 16’s official release on Monday, followed by new 16.1 betas on Tuesday / Wednesday.
Certainly a possibility. But right now, the 2 week mark for the current beta running out tomorrow is the next benchmark for when we see the new beta. If we slip past tomorrow, def next week.

Welp, we got AirPods & Apple Pencil firmware… guess there’s a slight chance that 18.1 Beta 4 comes in 35 minutes…

Most likely you could not do it because you were missing the latest X-code beta or “MobileDevice.pkg” contained in it on your Mac.
I’m glad to share that, just like @Pearsey said, installing the RC has been as easy as any other final release. Just download the IPSW, and restore it through finder pressing the alt button. On the betas I wasn’t allowed to do this, but this time I’ve been able to perform a clean install of iPadOS 18 without even logging in with my Apple ID… I mean, Apple Account.

I’m on the 18.0 RC with my 14 Pro. I haven't been able to send email from the default Mail app. I have a custom domain address hosted by Apple. Receiving mail works fine, and I can send/receive just fine on my MacBook and iCloud.com. So it’s specific to my iPhone. Is this happening to anyone else, and how can I fix it?

There’s certain apps I have to oboe with the past few betas and I would uninstall and reinstall then they’d work fine…you might have to delete the account and then reinstall.

To answer your question all is working fine on my 15 plus on RC and 15PM on 18.1 b3

Thank you, reinstalling the app didn’t work. I assume 18.1 beta for the 14 will come out soon, maybe I’ll just wait and try that out.
