I got the RC on my Minis as well.
Annnnnd I have questions... I've had Adaptive Lighting available on my Hues for, I want to say, a couple years now.
I updated my lights to use Matter and it lost Adaptive Lighting.
Guess it's back to waiting again....
And by the looks of that guy it could be Tuesday or Wednesday next week. 😳

How they got that timing all wrong I don’t know. For such a big tech company one would wonder why it’s not all part and parcel and iPhone 16 release with a huge bang of hardware and software.
I’m sure there are many reasons. Still doesn’t change the fact the phone will feel half baked.

Please confirm that there is no option available for the 18.1 Developer Beta in Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Software Update. I have the option for iOS 18.0 Public and Developer Options only on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. The 18.1 option has disappeared.

I don't (ever) recall seeing an 18.1 option---I have:
---Update to 18.0 developer beta
---Update to 18.0 Public beta
Then state iOS is up to date 18.1
Call me skeptical as we are on beta 3 and Apple would not show a previous beta in Software Update, even if was not installed at the time it was available.
Yeah, that’s an annoying bug for sure. Thankfully since I’ve got an Apple Watch I just use that for reminders, but it will be nice to have that fixed!

The purpose was to show the option is showing as iOS 18 beta.

We need to try to persuade Tom Cruise into sneaking into Apple HQ and pushing the beta 4 button.
Not sure what an SW is but betas can be released on Fridays. Particularly if they are fixes.
I’ve read elsewhere that the download eventually finishes. Some report 24 hours others 2 or 3 days. Probably wise not to turn off ai and turn it back on as this might start the whole process of waiting days on end. 😳

At this point I’m just going to leave it alone and see what happens. I have no burning need to use Siri, so I can live without it for a few days if needed.
What’s weird is that all the AI features are working. It’s just Siri that’s not working.
