I've read somewhere here on the forum, that they released a revised 18.1 beta for the new iphones (16, 16P and 16PM) yesterday, so it's not out of the question to have this revised beta released to all the other devices today, no? 🤔

It’s been out for the last few days, I highly doubt any revised beta is coming for the other 18.1 devices. I think beta 4 will either be next week or maybe the week after.

Because it wasn’t seeded for iphone 15 pro devices, I don’t think it’s a revised build, it just a last min seed for only the non-shipping iPhone 16 models, more of a question of why bother?

Crap

Apple this week announced the new iPhone 16, and the new phones will come with iOS 18 installed. The update is also coming to previous iPhone models next week, but this first release doesn’t include Apple Intelligence features. For that, Apple is running tests with iOS 18.1 beta – and iPhone 16 users will be able to update to the beta from day one

Looks like beta 4 next week.

Are we expecting release on Monday then?

I'm curious.. now that the phone is landing on Sept 20, how many of us will go back to the stable channel? I'm debating it, but THIS year the beta channels have so much more to offer (early AI features)

Conventionally, I'm in the stable channel on my Apple platform until the new iOS/Mac/Watch/TV betas land.. but this year, it's kinda different

I’ll be going back to the 18.0 channel with my new iPhone 16 Pro… I always hop off the beta train when I get the new phone. I’ll jump back on next summer for the iOS 19.0 betas.

I’m currently on the RC on my Mac, Apple Watch, HomePod mini and Apple TV And on the beta 3 of 18.1 on my iPad and iPhone and I’ve been strongly considering going back to 18.0 when it releases, but I don’t want the hassle of downgrading and restoring my data (even though I’ll be doing it next Friday).

Look guys if there is even anything next week (as Apple has already released an updated beta for iPhone 16s) it won’t be until Tuesday at the earliest, however I’m growing more and more doubtful for next week. Hopefully I’m wrong as this beta is growing more and more buggy by the day.
