I tapped the only option “off” and then when I went back in, the beta options reappearedI just noticed just too on the 18.1 beta (not sure from your post which you are on)

so far things seem smooth, but I know people will start complaining before tonights up saying everything is wrong and we need 18.0.1Something wrong so soon?🤣
I added that cartoon, it reminds me of how many times we encounter something unusual the first time after an update, and then you try to reproduce it and dang it's gone. Another example is if you have to disable something and then reenable it and the problem is gone.so far things seem smooth, but I know people will start complaining before tonights up saying everything is wrong and we need 18.0.1
when will we look for 18.0.1
If I recall correctly the 17.0.1 update was only for the new phones and then they released a 17.0.2 shortly afterpossibly as early as this friday if going by 17.0.1

IMO 18 seems like a continuation of 17.6.1 but with RCS capabilities and screen customizationIs it me or does iOS 18 seem a little bit more smoother?
I feel like they trick us tomorrow with an ios 18.2 beta 1Well day 19 is done, going for day 20 tomorrow for the win with iOS/IPadOS 18.1 beta 4.

Not happening. Sorry.
Neither is 18.1 beta 4 🤪
I’m speculating maybe they released the beta 3 for iPhone 16 to allow developers to get a head start on Xcode for coding 16 specific features on 18.1? MaybeI’m not so sure about that for tomorrow.
I know some have argued that the iPhone 16 situation retires beta 3. Why? Functionally there’s no difference between beta 3 and the hypothetical beta 4 insofar as the iPhone 16 goes. If they can update just-out-of-the box 16s to beta 3 during setup, they can do likewise for beta 4.

with the new iphones coming friday we may get a rare saturday release of 18.0.1
Thats certainly possible, also add the possibility its for reviewers that got their iPhone 16's before consumers.I’m speculating maybe they released the beta 3 for iPhone 16 to allow developers to get a head start on Xcode for coding 16 specific features on 18.1? Maybe
we'll see 15.0.1 came out a week after the release. 16.0.1 came 2 days later but I recall there being a serious bug. 17.0.1 came the friday the week ofThe iPhone is released every year on a Friday. Why would the X.0.1 release be any different this year than other years?
