No. Everyone gets iOS 18.0 in September, followed by everyone getting 18.1 whenever that releases.

Non-AI devices will probably get 18.1 Betas after 18.0 Beta cycle is finished in early September.

People said the same back during iOS 13, when Apple suddenly started seeding 13.1b1 in mid-August. Everyone thought they scrap 13.0 and go for 13.1 right away, with 13.0 only being preloaded on the new upcoming devices so they could ship them before any sanctions hit. The only thing correct about that was that 13.0b8 ended up being the buggy RC, with 13.1 coming out a few weeks after the global 13.0 launch.

I would expect if 18.1 is truly synced it would be today or tomorrow.
