I know its an old watch but it does what I need but still unable to pair series 1 watch to iPhone :( iPhone 15 beta 2, feedback provided on B1 and now B2

I think b2 is a very big improvement. Better placement of the Safari tab button, HomeKit bug fixed, animations are improved, everything seems to be running MUCH smoother and my phone isn’t getting burning hot just by me daring to even touch it. Though I did have some hiccups in installation that others didn’t report, and the fact that the safari background tab bug isn’t fixed is a bummer. So I still await b3 patiently.

One thing I noticed immediately is that my wireless connection (MLO) on my iPhone 16 PM, which previously was much slower than I had expected it to be, now flies like the wind!
I had issued with 18.5 and b1 so interesting to see if this is different. Unsure if it’s the Ap (unity 7 pro) or phone.

only affects mlo

I feel like the lockscreen customization is worse than before. Widgets remain at the bottom and can't be brought to the top.
And the flashlight trigger on the lockscreen also only works like 50%, every other time it goes into lockscreen customization.
At least these two bugs still in Beta2. Now waiting for indexing to be finished to see if it got more snappier
I was able to move the widgets to the top by slowly dragging it up.

Happens every time ... people rush to install the latest and greatest iOS developer beta, and then whine when feature X doesn't work perfectly, or Apple hasn't fixed bug Y in the SECOND beta. If you're choosing to install early betas of a new iOS revision, you should expect to have issues. That's the trade-off. You don't get it both ways.

Apple isn't releasing iOS 26 to the general public for several months. Don't act like Apple did you a major disservice if feature X isn't working perfectly yet.

Make sure depth effects is turned off. Then you should be able to drag widgets back up

Just updated my iPhone SE 2022 to the second beta (23A5276f) and I'm still seeing several issues. Here's a quick rundown of the bugs I’ve encountered:

  1. Clock style bug – I had reported this in beta 1: if you try to set a non-Glass clock style, it doesn’t even get saved — it instantly reverts to the default (Glass), even before a reboot. Apple replied asking if it was fixed in beta 2, but unfortunately the issue is still there.
  2. “Hey Siri” broken – In the first beta, it only worked once after every restart. In beta 2, the setup still shows up, but Siri doesn’t hear anything during the voice training. It does work with the Home button, but not consistently.
  3. Desktop icons misaligned – On the Home Screen, app icons are shifted far to the left, completely ignoring the usual alignment and padding.

Anyone else seeing similar behavior on SE models?

Anyone else noticing increased blur at the top and bottom of the screen in the stock apps? Especially visible in Settings, Music, and Safari.

Yes, I noticed that too.
Basically, they’ve reduced the use of Liquid Glass in some areas and replaced it with this blur effect in certain spots to improve readability… they seem a bit confused to me.

For example, in Safari it doesn’t make sense — the liquid glass was useful for viewing the page in full screen, but with this change it’s like the background part is no longer visible.

I know many users had complained about readability, and I didn’t like it at first either, but I think it was just a matter of getting used to it — which, in fact, I eventually started to appreciate.

I'm ready to give up on IPSW updates.. For the SECOND beta in a row (b1 re-release and b2) I've hit an error and had to do a full restore. I can't remember the last time this happened!

It’s still a early beta. Probably a bit too much of expectation that all bugs are fixed in a DB2.
