Quite a fair few times apple have revised the build number on release from the RC over the past few years, not by much but it happens quite a lot.
I'm on comfy iOS 18.7 RC but liquid glass seems a bit enticing. On a scale from 1 - 10, how stable is the RC? 10 being the most stable.
I was able to submit this morning. The updates won't actually go live until 26 is pushed to the main channel iirc.Do the third party app developers start updating their apps for Liquid Glass now or do they start next week?

Yes, developers should have started work since June, but their temporary fixes were demolished by the significant changes in the next beta. They should have been doing this since June.
Same here. Really feels rushed just to be able to release the new phones. It’s like they don’t test things out in dark mode which is where my issue occursInside of Folders still have the correct icon color, but it changes when you exit the folder. I reported the feedback a while ago, but haven't had an update.
I'm working through all 4 apps I've released but I started with my most popular one, Point To. It's an app to align with distant locations/objects.What app?
that's interesting - i'm seeing updates being pushed through right now, with explicit mentions of Liquid Glass and iOS/iPadOS 26 support. namely Wipr (this one is forcing me to the Mac version for some reason) and StikDebugI was able to submit this morning. Huh, it appears you are right. Checked my updates and there's also a couple I see mentioning it. I could've sworn in the past they got held back until the new version came out.
I read that it is possible to get the required software files from the Xcode 26 RC and install via IPSW. But TBH, I have enough headaches in my life right now to be worrying about bugs, so I am happy on 18.7 RC.IPSW upgrade to iOS 26.0 RC not working:
So I guess, I'll just OTA update to iOS 18.7 RC for the time being.
- No new iTunes executable for Windows
- I'm not willing to upgrade my macOS 18.6 Sequoia to macOS 26.0 RC Tahoe
- The required software is not yet uploaded in the server

I had them enabled up until this point, but the option has disappeared from my AirPods page as well. From other posts I have read, they have been moved under the Developer Tools section in settings, which I also seemingly lack (even though I am on the DB).Has anyone with the RC been able to enable airpods beta firmware updates? I am on public beta and do not see the option to enable that.
Can’t see them not having the problem? Seems software related so unless they ship with a newer build it should be the same no matter the speed of the CPU.So they haven’t fixed the icon redraws when scrolling quickly on the Home Screen then. 16 pro.
I wonder if the new phones have the same problems.
Yes. Liquid Glasses is coming to all platforms 9.15Is the MacBook also getting a liquid glass update?
