Same on iPhone 13. It shouldnt have been allowed to receive this update. It’s not capable. Might have to revert
My 13 is running pretty well. I prefer dark icons with no titles, maybe that makes a diff, liquid glass looks good. Battery draining faster today but expecting that to improve by tomorrow. Maybe give it some time. Did you try a hard reset? Could help a bit.

Do you have the issue where the Wallet icon in Settings —> Privacy —> Location does not show properly? Because that’s what we were originally talking about.

That and the WiFi toggle in settings not showing an animation.

I don’t have the app icon refresh either unless I start switching around between filled and glass icons.
If you scroll thru Settings Apps and/or your list of apps you will see that Wallet displays in the same design manner as do numerous other Apps. Not an issue. My WiFi toggle acts fine

Can’t remove Safari bookmark shortcuts, any ideas please?

Nice update to the fitness app. You can now track workouts in the app and also create structured workouts to send to the watch. Very happy addition.

Is it possible to downgrade to iOS 18 without restoring and data loss ?

My custom battery won't charge above 1% on my SE 2020.

No it’s not possible, you have to restore to iOS 18.6.2 and if you don’t have a backup (hope you have one) you lose your data too

It is possible to restore your backup from a newer iOS version if you edit a certain file. Someone told me it’s a dodgy way to do it and that it’s not recommended, however I personally had no issues doing so.

You’re not understanding what the issues are.

Specifically look under Privacy —> Location services —> Wallet, the wallet app icon is a template icon instead of the actual wallet icon.

On the WiFi toggle, go to settings, WiFi, and if you tap the WiFi icon (not hold and drag, but tap), it will immediately turn off instead of playing the sliding glass animation that any other toggle button should do. For example, go to Bluetooth settings and turn it off, you’ll see it play the new animation. WiFi toggle doesn’t do this.

Template it is. Don’t know where I looked.

Feedback app has been nothing but frustrating since beta 1!
God forbid I switch to another app, coming back causes 10 second blur, then logs out, then won't log back in easily...

This is true and this is why I always do a fresh final release version IPSW install after running betas.
Same thought. I was in the middle in downloading the OTA until I saw that the IPSW became available on Apple dev portal. Ended up flashing the IPSW onto my devices instead

It's so incredibly sluggish on an iPhone 13 mini that I'm going to call it «Liquid Obsolescence» from now on.

New design language is nice, but the performance is insanely, frustratingly bad.

So much for all the «but 4 GB of RAM is more than enough for most users» talk back in the day.
Thank you for the warning, staying on 18.6. for some time then.
