Pages, numbers and Keynotes are in the charts for FREE productivity apps, even though they cost £6.99 for me :p

Anyone with a new device since the 5S launch gets them for free which is pushing them up the free apps chart so if you arent eligible for them for free you see them in the free section but with the standard price.

No, I don't think they should be in the free chart for anyone for whom it's not free.

Point out a small quirk, get 3 people defending it. Meanwhile, point out potentially useful features of background app refresh in another thread and get ignored. I love this forum.

Not defending anything...just pointing out why they are there.

You point something out to someone trying to be helpful by explaining why its happening and get slated...i love this forum! ;)

I'm not joking, and I don't think I'm going crazy. But I think they tweaked some of the icons. I'm being completely serious.

Some new changes:
There is a new options for increase contrast in Accessibility settings.
New Wallpaper setting tweaks. You can now disable just the parallax effect.

At least the colors of some of them for sure. Looks like quite a few visual changes in this beta in general--most seem to be around what quite a few people here have been complaining about since iOS 7 beta days...seems like Apple is addressing a lot of those things.

Yeah, they definitely listened to people complaining about the shade of green.

I'm noticing a vastly more responsive keyboard on iPad 4 and iPhone 4S and the smoothness or the screen rotation animation when going between portrait and landscape is ridiculously smooth on iPad 4 (still slightly stutters when keyboard is on screen).

They are free with a new device only from what I remember.

They're not just free on new devices, but free on newly activated devices past Sep. 10th 2013.

I had my iPhone 5 replaced that I originally bought in June 2013, and I was able to download the apps for free.

Anyways, can someone upload what the updated icons appear to be? I'm not registered anymore :(

Jesus, how can it be even uglier than before.
Jonny just envies Scott's design skills and wanted to get rid of him.
But he fails to bring a better product. Sigh...
If Steve was alive, he'd fire him in a heartbeat.

Doubt it. Steve Jobs was always a huge supporter of Ive's design.

Read that from 7.0.4 to this 7.1 beta 3 there is a very significant performance increase. Do you guys confirm this?
Yes, that generally seems to be the case. Some might not find it as significant, but there's definitely an improvement.

I forget if this has been mentioned in this thread, but Safari tabs can be rearranged by tapping and holding, then dragging.
