Background images with a hint of white or light coloring simply don't work well with flat, white typography.

Compare to iOS 6:

And for whatever reason, the phone app decides it wants to blend with the background image and looks hideous.

Cannot sync music to my phone with iOS 7. Stuck on step 5, "Waiting for changes to be applied" in iTunes. I never had any problem before and did do a restore of the phone with the new OS. Apps and data load.

Any ideas?

Known bug. Its beta 1 of the OS so you'll just have to accept it. The music app in general is very buggy right now.

So far everything has been working fine on mine. I'm using the iPhone 5. The only problem is it is SUCKING my battery life. I had to recharge 4 times today and I barely even used it. It died once and almost a second time.

Also, push notifications don't always come through. I use Whatsapp and most of the time those wouldn't come through. At least when I was waiting for a specific message they wouldn't. They would come through if I opened the app and closed it, then got a message almost immediately following. If I got a message a while after I closed it, it wouldn't push through any other messages until I opened it again. I didn't get a message until 20 minutes later and I opened the app.

About the battery issue, try to reboot, i've had your same problem, now i've got 4 hours of usage and 7 hours of standby and it is 15%.

Not searching this thread, it's too large. But a couple of bugs I noticed just from playing around.

-Arranging notification center in settings is just a giant series of glitchiness.
-When playing a song on an album, the track number disappears and is replaced with nothing.
-No longer is there a play button in the status bar, not sure if this will be added later, because I quite liked it.
-When taking a screen shot with inverted colors, the screenshot will display normal colors.

Ok, this is a bug, but which one do you prefer? Personally i do like the left side, that turns out to be the wrong one.

Is there an Apple released list of discovered known bugs? I thought it might be on the dev forum (I'm registered) but the dev forum is just a blank page when I try and pull it up. Many things I've noticed aren't on the list I read before downloading the OS.

TIA. :)

That's pretty bad, here I'll show you my usage as of today

Dock Translucency Bug

Anyone notice their dock looks different after exiting an app? On mine, sometimes the right half of the dock is much more translucent than the left. After a restart, the whole dock looks like the left side (which is how is looks in the Apple screenshots).

anyone having battery issues - mine gets stuck at 61%?

also keyboard issues when at lock screen and typing in passcode - shows old ios6 keyboard and changes after you select the num/char key to switch kb.

IMHO this thread suggests there are FAR too many non-devs, hobbyshoppers and lookieloos installing a first-rev beta on their everyday phone. Dumb.

With third party earphones (Bower and Wilkins C3) the dongle on the wire will pause and the volume will work, but fast forwarding, skipping and repeating do not work.

My battery died in three hours today, I was mostly just listening to music through headphones with the display off. Quite awful.

I just disabled a bunch of settings to see if it'll help.

Updating apps

There is an update for Facebook Messenger app. I tapped "Update" in order to update that app but apparently it couldn't. What I see was a loading circle but after a second, it stopped and showed "Update" message again. I kept tapping it but could not be able to update.

There are more other issues that have been restarting itself when I went on multitasking, gave the blank screen with only background, and sometimes it would just freeze.

Hope Apple can fix those issues. :apple:

I did that. Still the same. :/ Although, this time when it got to 1%, it lasted quite awhile. haha. Doesn't make sense. But resetting all the settings, as someone else suggested, did help with push notifications. At least I think it did.

Perhaps this will help someone else. I had some trouble with iOS 7 Messages and Messages on OS X 10.9 DP1. Turns out I had to sign in on both with my @me iCloud address specifically, instead of my normal gmail address. (even though both are associated with my iCloud account)

All wallpaper zooms in after clicking on set to home screen or lock screen I really hope they fix this in the final version or upcoming beta update as this issue doesn't exist in ios 6.

Explain why it's dumb? We have the ability to install and trial the os for our selves and are prepared to encounter bugs. No one is whining or saying that the bugs are unacceptable. Simply identifying them.

And now my intended post: I have noticed that the text boxes in safari often get obstructed by the keyboard so that you cannot see what you are typing.
