Hey guys,

I just found out that you can't start music with your headphones. Nor can u change songs with your headset. I guess this was working just find with beta 3. Beta 4 broke it.

Can someone else confirm as well.

There's a whole thread about it and it's been mentioned in here a few times. It doesn't work with the stock music app (volume does) but it does with third party apps like Spotify etc. This is across all devices.

I can start music if the music app is completely off (not on multitasking), but after that I can't do anything except change the volume.

I'm still getting frequent dropouts from my corporate wifi networks, which means that I have to re-login manually each time. This is very annoying and did not happen with ios 6.

I filled a bug but it hasn't been answered yet.

Searched the thread and couldn't find this mentioned.

In the previous betas, if you were using a text box (to reply to this thread for example) and the box was bigger than the screen, the text used to carry on off screen whilst you typed and you'd have to manually resize the view.

The window now auto scrolls which is much better!

The call button in phone.app went from being too big to too small?

I think that's by design to make it look more like a button.

End call is the same, whereas they both used to be edge to edge.

Believe me, it was mentioned a number of times, I did it myself.

Anyways, it is the best bug fix yet.

I must have missed out then. Anyways good to know I wasn't the only facing it.

You can't on Beta Software. The hardware is fine anyway.

It certainly shouldn't be crashing all the time. It's not a common problem. Beta 4 is far better on my 4S and hasn't crashed or froze once. I haven't experienced the black screen bug in the lockscreen that made you restart the phone to get it back on. That was the most annoying bug in beta 3.

For those having trouble with Spotify try the app 'Tunigo', been using it since b3 as an alternative and works fine :)

Kinda thought it must've been. Didn't appear when I searched the words scroll, text and box though.

I agree it's a good fix however as it was a pain in the backside before.

mine crashes a lot when I open notification center on B4, B3 was awesome.

Mine has been rock solid so far, except for battery life which seems way worse than 6.1.4 (but that's normal).

Has since beta 1, it's the new activation lock.

to hit the erase button? I knew about the password lock on setting up an erased phone but i never had to enter my pw to hit the reset button.

The iPhone 4 has the computing equivalent of a 2001 G4 Mac. Real time blurs were pretty much out of the question back then as well.

My old 2004 iBook G4 doesn't even have a translucent menu bar in OSX and even of you go try to enable it, the option doesn't exist because it just doesn't have the power.
