1. The shift key in the keyboard is now filled with black (white previously) when activated.
2. If you tap the lock screen (but not swipe), the screen elements bounce right, similar to what you see when you tap the lock screen camera icon.

I think the tap part is too sensitive, or rather the music controls' click radius is too small because I find that it takes me a few tries on average to actually skip a song without having the screen jumping a few times first.

A Siri dictation capitalisation bug has been fixed.

It was annoying me greatly as I use Siri a lot.

I can't remember whether it was introduced in the later versions of iOS 6 (I think it may have been) or on the iOS 7 Betas, but the following would happen.

If you were mid sentence and stopped Siri to recapture your train of thought, it would then automatically captialise the first word after the break.

This was really frustrating, as you'd have to then manually alter it. Now it only capitalises at the start of a new sentence, or when you request it to with the Mr Miyagi Caps On, Caps Off commands.

On a negative note, I'm finding that I now need to swipe left more dramatically to close a Safari tab (on a 4S).

It's proving quite inconsistent as it'll sometimes reopen the page I'm trying to close. This didn't happen for me on previous Betas.

I'm not sure it's a bug, per se, so much as the absence of a "sentence detection" feature that hadn't been included yet. But I can tell you iOS 6 did this too. Super annoying and I'm ecstatic that it's been touched up. Good find!

Hmmmm. I tried doing a two-part dictation in the Messages app and it still incorrectly capitalized the word after the break.

There was a bug in Beta 3 where if you were in a Messages thread and selected Contacts (upper right hand corner) and tried to make a FaceTime call directly from there it would call a person other than the one you were expecting.

I received notice that this has been addressed, and it does work as expected now on my 2 dev phones. If you guys see any more issues with this please PM me.

Thanks!

How odd - it's working fine for me in every app I've tried including email, notes and messages amongst others.

I'm on a 4S.

I'm using an iPhone 5 and I'm using dictation to write this sentence in two parts. And it worked! How strange that it did not work when I tried it in the messages app.

EDIT: I went back and tried another sentence in the Messages app, and it worked that time. I guess it's just a little glitchy sometimes. Still, I'm very glad they've (mostly) fixed this!

Is it just me or is white no longer transparent in the UI? Like i cannot see my backround on the iMessages keyboard anymore. Its plain white with grey buttons.

Another thing i wonder, what rule applies to the dark keyboard? Like what decides if the keyboard is white or blacl. Seems rather randomly picked by apple. Id prefer the spotlight keyboard on everything tbh

Use Twitteriffic or Tweetbot - they're better than Twitter for iPhone anyway.

I would do, but am not paying for an app that I can use for free.

Works for me. I can still see the message bubbles behind it. Is that what you mean?

The bookmarks dropdown now overlaps pretty poorly on the iPad in B4 compared to B3. See screenshot below. This is when scrolled all the way to the top. Can't access the upper bookmarks.

I used to see my wallpaper slightly behind the keyboard but now its just white and the send etc buttons are darker grey too. Its like the transparent effect is disabled on my iPhone 5 like on the old iPhone 4 because it cannot handle that effect hardware wise. It is see through on the notification center however. Just not the white keyboard

They seem to have made a change regarding Cellular (Mobile) Radio reception.

Either they've changed the way they are reporting cell signal strength or they've tweaked the power of the radio upward - which will affect battery life of course.

I was showing consistently 2-3 dots of 3G and occasionally less in my home.

On Beta 4, I'm mainly showing 4-5 dots.

(I'm on a 4S)

I've yet to see my AT&T iPhone5 drop below 5 dots, even in places where I've had 1-2 bars with iOS6.

Tweetbot is $3 bucks on the Apple store. It is not like it will kill your budget. Plus at the time i bought it, it came with the IPAD version also. If you are really that tight with money. Use Tweetcaster, there is a paid and free version with adds. It is just like Tweetbot. It is also pretty decent.

I don't understand what you mean. Behind the keyboard in the Message app? Why would it display the wallpaper? I don't think that happened on my 4S. The Send button is grey until you start to type a message then it changes to green or blue.
